I bought the Snake Eyes back in January 2024. And as months went by I was thinking the worst. After asking for an update, SUPERX sent me a link to a section of their website that informations everyone where items are at during the building process. I must say, it was always up to date.
It came yesterday and I AM BLOWN AWAY! I was not expecting this good of stuff! I can confidently say I am addicted to these clothes and WILL be getting more! These items feel very premium! I hope they stand the test of time unlike my Nike tech did...

This is literally the best workout suit that I've ever owned in my life! The customer service was phenomenal, to the point where I came back for another one!

I first heard about SuperX a few years ago and was absolutely amazed at the quality and even the concept of superhero-themed workout suits. I had a few shirts here and there from other companies, but loved the idea of an actual "suit" inspired by well-known superheroes. It was pricey at first, but I waited until a Black Friday sale and I made my move. Now, most of my workout (and even everyday) apparel consists of something from SuperX. I love the look and the feel and I feel like I'm always ready to jump into action at a moment's notice. Looking forward to doing even more business with them in the future!

Followed the company from unlicensed gear to now having fully licensed gear. And I can say from then to now, suit quality 10/10, astetics while working out in the gear 10/10, SuperX community 10/10, and overall interest in future releases 10/10 keep up the good work

Have placed a few orders with SUPERX and the quality has been nothing short of amazing! I do see some people get upset when they order a preorder and it takes time (which is why it's called a pre order) but the product, community and company is amazing! Looking forward to ordering more in the future!

Terrible customer service this company is a SCAM don’t give them your money. Below is an email they sent me for wanting my money back after never sending the product.

You never confirmed you wanted to cancel. 2. The timeframe was provided when you placed the order. If you missed or ignored it that is on you. 3. The order has been cancelled and your sold out, limited edition suit has been given up to the next person in line who will be more than grateful to have it. Lucky for them, these are coming out of presale and shipping next week so they won't have to wait months to receive it!! 😃️

Tried my luck and was greatly amazed at the quality! It is soo comfortable! I went to go get another item from them, but all the stuff I wanted is sold out. (No wonder). Definitely coming back for more! Highly recommend! From what I have gathered, they go in pre-orders only and each item take at most 16 weeks to make. All the bad reviews I have read are from people who didn't read that part of the "order confirmation" and are not willing to read things through.

The customer service quality with this company is less than remedial. These people will not even make an attempt to correct issues when occurring. They have ZERO problem solving capability, and accept no accountability (actually gaslighting a potential customer). Superx DOES however provide numerous apologies, and/or excuses,(referring to them as “options”) when there is an issue, or shortcoming on their end, so in that sense they are adept at something; avoiding accepting responsibility. They will use the excuse that they are a “small business,” and that they sell “limited edition” products. To attempt to move on from the fact that they are incompetent, as well as being grossly overpriced, on top of the fact that their products do not even come close in quality to the companies that they price themselves to compete with (FAR INFERIOR). DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

I am delighted with the product which is of very good quality and the size suits me perfectly.
On the other hand, very unpleasant surprise when receiving the package. I had to pay significant taxes and customs fees (150€). This is of course not due to the seller but to the legislation of my country. I would simply have liked clear information at the time of my purchase.

Added to this lack of information and transparency is a total absence of communication. After responding to the automatic messages sent to share my experience (one per product) my online reviews (i.e. the text of the preceding paragraph) were simply deleted without being notified or even asked to modify them.
I informed customer service and have received no response to date.

@superx Worst customer service ever from SuperX; scam artists! Over 3 months & still no order, even tho its in stock, they cancel my order. Total scam, im out $500+; buyer beware!!

Wow just excellent customer service where to begin. Decide to order a last minute neck strap, enquired about delivery time and advised they could get it to me in time for when I need. Then emailed later that evening advised made and being posted Monday. Amazing customer service with great products

Bought one of their hoodies and was surprised of the high quality and details, will be a repeat buyer for sure as long as the quality stays the same!
