Terrible experience

We were lied to. There is no other way to put it. The story our agent, Kate, told us kept changing. From Supreme Lending would easily work with our mortgage situation, to they would support us up to a point to just disappearing completely. Would not recommend to anyone! Zero stars. We switched to Citywide Mortgage and couldn't have been happier!

If I could give these guys a ZERO STAR…

If I could give these guys a ZERO STAR rating I would. I'm the seller for a buyer using Supreme and Supreme has dropped the ball 3X now. I extended the closing a week to give them more time to close the FHA buyer, then they closing was completely missed with no real explanation. The contract terminated as a result, but Supreme ensured if we could get another extension through Labor Day weekend, they could close the following TUE. Guess, what?!? Didn't close again on the following TUE. Now they're asking for another day to correct a POA document that wasn't accurate. UNBELIEVABLE?!?

If you're buyer is using Supreme Lending in Alpharetta GA, DO NOT take their financing.

Nightmare experience

Nightmare experience, would not recommend to anyone. Im closing tomorrow with plans to refinance in a year and they are charging me 6k on a rate buy down that I was unaware of to save $194 a month on a note that I plan on refinancing in a year. So I basically lit $4000 on fire because of the way that they put this thing together.

DUCK THIS

Let's simplify it, for a 205k house they want us to put down 90k, that's 40% for first time homebuyers!
They kept saying we are good you have the loan, the next day we'll we need you to put more down (originally were going to out 40k down), then that changed to 75k.
Then it was you have to out a new roof on this house before we close without a clear to close.
Then it was "we need 90k down"
During this process we had to change loan agents because Brook Hurst never did the paperwork, kept misleading us (we wanted a renovation loan as well), never once said we'd have to push back the date and basically start all over. So we had to push back our "closing date" 3 weeks. She told us we had to get our credit to a 620, we did and then she said okay it needs to be a 651 now. She put down 207k on our loan instead of the agreed upon 205k.
Then they put the wrong zip code when trying to get out paperwork from the irs, and they didn't even notice it was wrong.
They're also in Mexico on a work trip and aren't taking the extra time to help
These are cunty ass people and a cunty ass company.

The Jones Family…

Me and my wife work with Pablo and his team and I must say they were amazing. We had some bumps in this process, but they did reassure us that they would get us closed and in the house that we desired to have and purchase we closed in about 35 days me and my wife are very grateful. Thankful to Pablo Hernandez and his amazing team. If you looking for a hard-working, dedicated well-rounded, experienced loan officer, Pablo Hernandez, and his team will be your team to work with.
Guaranteed to get the job done if he and his team can’t do it no one can🥰

I applied for a HELOC (home equity loan) from…

I applied for a HELOC from Supremlending. They were hard to work with and it took a long time to get the data they wanted. It seemed they wanted more data then needed to secure the loan.
Also, after I inquired about the cost of processing the loan, I never was told until I had to sign an inch high of papers.

Stay away from Supreme Lending - unethical behavior

I am an insurance agent and I often help people with their home insurance and I send it over to the lender(s) at Supreme Lending. The clients agree to my policy, they love the coverage, it's tied to an auto policy that is giving them an additional discount. Then, Supreme Lending (I have caught two lenders doing this) will send the clients private information over to their insurance broker - with no consent from the buyer. Then, they will write them a crappy policy, usually bad coverage and high deductibles. Their broker actually BINDS the policy without ever speaking to the client, and sends it to the lender. Then, even though I have sent all insurance docs to the lender, they FILP the insurance at closing, so the WRONG policy is paid at closing. I know this because on 4 different occasions, I have called clients after closing and said, hey there, I notice the policy didn't get paid yet, did you close on the date we said? They say yes. Then I follow up with title and title apologizes and says there was a completely different policy sent to closing and it was paid. I call the clients, tell them, hey, if you found a cheaper policy, no worries at all, but just trying to find out why this didn't get paid. EVERY TIME, the clients are FURIOUS, they gave no consent for the terrible insurance policy. In the end, my policy gets cancelled for non-payment and their rates on auto insurance also go up because they no longer have the bundle. I have confirmed with multiple clients that they NEVER even talked to the other insurance agent or consented any other insurance was bound for them. I don't know if Supreme Lending is doing this because they get kick backs (when the insurance agent pays them money for every policy they bind) or if there are DTI (Debt to Income) issue where they can't make them qualify, so they put in place cheap/terrible insurance to get their DTI down. Even the DTI doesn't make sense, because the most recent case I have of this happening, the other insurance policy was actually $2,000 more expensive so it doesn't even make sense - luckily the buyers and the realtor caught this when they received DocuSign from a company they never heard or or spoke to. Watch out for Supreme Lending. If they are willing to do slimy, unethical things regarding something as simple as insurance, no telling what else they would do and I would not trust them with my home loan.

Never use this company!

Today I called my loan officer to discuss a closing that has been going on for 15 months for a property that we are selling in RI. I called to inform him that my husband and I separated and filed for divorce and that I would like him to cc me on all communication. Mr Skart informed me that the deal was no longer valid as during divorce proceedings a judge freezes sales of real estate. I asked him if that was still the case since we had a buyer who had been waiting to close for so long and that we were both still in agreement to sell the property. He began screaming at me that I "should not tell him how to do his job or question him. He just went through a divorce and that's how it is." I also told him that I had been working 80 hours a week and he shouted over my words "oh boohoo for you" I told him that he was rude and I hung up on him. Subsequently I called the RI realtors association and they told me that under certain circumstances it is allowed. I called Mr Skart again to inform him of what I had discovered so that hopefully the sale could move forward and for 10 seconds he was cordial until I told him what I had learned and once again he began screaming at me that "I should refrain from telling him his job" and then added "what is it you want from me?"
Needless to say I will never do business with these people again nor will I recommend them to anyone. I was horrified.

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH LOAN OFFICER

I had the worse experience with this company, and a loan officer who was very unprofessional, a liar, a manipulator, and DOES NOT LIVE UP TO WHAT SHE TELL YOU. I was referred to this company by a real estate agent that said she could get my mortgage loan closed fast if, I bought a home right now. When I contacted her she told me that they can close a loan in 30 days or less, and told me how their process work. She convinced me that she would work her hardest with assisting me on closing my home in a timely manner after, I found exactly what I wanted to buy. So I filled out a application, send over all of the documents requested, and called her back to ask more questions. I noticed on the same day, I contacted her back she wasn't answering my calls. Then when I sent a message about the reviews I had just seen online and how it might not be a good idea that I move forward with them. That is when she texted (she was on a phone call and would call me back). Everything was going to fast, and after reading the reviews I felt uneasy about supreme lending assisting me. Laura Ortiz told me to think about it for a few days and get back with her. So I thought about it and contacted her on 10-12-2021 to let her know, I wanted to move forward. She told me that she would be contacting me the next day on 10-13-2021 to discuss things further and would proceed with my application. She never called me so, I texted her, but she never replied. I waited until Friday on 10-15-2021 and called her that morning (she still did not answer). Then I texted her and she finally CALLED ME BACK THEN LEFT A VOICEMAIL MESSAGE. This company have all of my personal information, and I DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL. I texted her and told her to CANCEL MY APPLICATION ASAP! Then I received a notification from the credit bureaus that a soft pull was pulled on my credit report from a : ESSENT GUARANTY INC WHICH IS ANOTHER MORTGAGE COMPANY! When I googled the company it was another mortgage lending company and I got extremely upset! First off, she told me they only deal with SUPREME LENDING/EVERETT FINANCING, then SHE NEVER FOLLOWED UP WITH ME WITH MOVING FORWARD WITH THE APPLICATION, then after I CANCEL MY APPLICATION all of a sudden another mortgage lending company is pulling my credit? I told her that I would be letting everyone know how this company do horrible business with people. I then started to receive harassing phone calls from a man leaving voicemails, and text messages threatening me, and saying how he was going to harm me physically on her behalf from different phone numbers from (10-16-2021 up until 10-18-2021). I'm being harassed, and threatened by someone the loan officer gave my personal information to which is insane. I wouldn't refer anyone to this company and have taken extra precaution to protect my credit files as well. She literally gave out my personal information, and phone number for someone to HARRASS ME. This is not only a breach of privacy with my personal information with this company, but this also against THE LAW! I can only imagine how many customers she have done like this!

Horrible mortgage company in Rockwall Tx

Lied to and told mortgage was not problem we were pre-approved and no issues. Sold our house and put a contract on a new one. Low and behold the day before closing the loan was denied. A quick internet shows this happens often with them. Went to Veterans United and had the loan closed in 3 weeks with .25% lower interest. Do not waste your time with this company, the idiots nearly cost us the home of our dreams.
