I absolutely recommend this shop. Great selection of succulents, fantastic customer service (I asked for a later shipment due to holidays + ordered more plants, so that they were sent together) - no problems, very fast and helpful replies. All of the succulents arrived in a perfect condition, were well packed and looked like in the pictures.

Absolutely stunning plants delivered quickly and in perfect health. Really helpful care guide included so you can successfully care for your new plants. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Wonderful selection of plants, great website and prompt delivery. I was nervous about the plants being delivered bare rooted - no need. They were really well packed and in good condition.
Everything I have bought is thriving and looks beautiful in my garden.
The plants need less maintenance and watering too compared to seasonal bedding plants which is a bonus given the summer weather we have had and are likely to have in the future.

Excellent collection of plants all in great condition and fast delivery

The plants were perfect. Haven't had succulents for years, and definitely not these for my garden. Only had them for 2 days and one flowered already. Amazing .

The online order processing and payment system straight forward, quick, and good updates. Timely notifications to know how deliveries progressing. A good all round package from sale to aftercare. Feels like more than an order, part of the surreal family with after care and notifications of products that have come back into stock, getting notified before others is like being prioritised, thats a nice experience to feel. And, of course the plants - just stunning, fantastic quality accompanied by helpful care information. Brilliant. Just brilliant

Perfect plants arrived promptly beautifully packed and exactly as described.

Very disappointed, The website pictures grossly exaggerate the size of the plants. The pictures and indeed the receipt state that the plants are in 6 cms pots. They were not; rather they were wrapped, bare rooted and loosely in tissue paper. Possibly not the way to send out plants given the weather? I spent nearly £50 on four plants for our wedding anniversary and we feel completely conned by this company.

As ever the plants arrived in excellant condition and arrived quickly. I can't praise S.S enough for the standard of their plants. There is excellant information on the website about each plant to ensure the maximum chance for survival.

It’s a total scam. I spent £49 . Thought I will get the plant shown on the pics. But get completely opposite. The plant were very small and wrapped up with paper. I totally disappointed . Will never buy anything from this company. Will never recommend to anyone
