Mon vieux laptop a souvent du mal avec les nouveaux sites, mais celui-là passe nickel. Les jeux chargent vite et les boutons répondent bien. Paiements fluides aussi.

J'utilise le site régulièrement et franchement rien à signaler. L'inscription a été rapide et les spins sont arrivés tout de suite. C'est carré, ça fonctionne, c'est tout ce que je demande.

Le design du site est épuré et n'est pas encombré. Les dépôts sont simples et je n'ai eu aucun problème pour utiliser ma carte.

L'expérience reste constante au fil du temps. Pas de lags bizarres ou d'erreurs de connexion. Les retraits prennent un peu de temps mais arrivent toujours.

Même sur des sessions un peu plus longues, tout reste fluide. Pas de ralentissements ou de pages qui se rafraîchissent toutes seules.

Après avoir testé des sites un peu louches, celui-ci fait sérieux. Les conditions des bonus sont lisibles, pas de pièges cachés. Le support répond vraiment aux questions au lieu d'envoyer des copier-coller.

I came across this studio quite by chance at the Burghley Horse Show and decided, a bit hesitantly, to book a mother–daughter photo day in Chelsea. I’m so glad we did.
The whole experience was lovely — very relaxed, friendly people, and I even learned a little makeup trick or two. Some of the photos turned out beautifully, natural and happy rather than staged.
It’s not something we’d ever have thought to do, but it ended up being such a special day together. We finished with dinner at The Ivy just across the road.

I almost gave it 3 stars because the photographer and makeup artist are very good. But we didn't get our nails done or hand massage as advertised and I don't know why reviews say they do afternoon tea. They don't. But drinks and basic snacks are provided throughout the day. The biggest problem is ithat when you buy the voucher they don't tell you you have to give a £100.00 deposit when you book that this is supposed to be in case you don't turn up in fact it is clear from the hard sales pitch at the end of the day it is intended to go towards photos. And they are very reluctant to give it back. They have extremely expensive packages but you can negotiate. The included photo in the voucher does not include a photo of two or more people. Eg mother and daughter . I reluctantly gave up my deposit in order to get two mother and daughter photos..... I have to add to review after seeing other reviews further down. I am surprised they have so many 5 star reviews given my daughter and my experience. And really the lady who found it hard to choose only 60 photos must have spent at least £ 1,500 pounds that's a huge amount for digital photos unles she he also got proper photos of them all

Not what I was sold multiple things missing and just an absolute waste of money got re booked more than once and was promised to get my nails done and they said ‘we stopped doing them anymore we stopped’ we were promised waffles and pancakes and Nutella and not any of it we received. The hair stylist was also very late and my mother got burnt with the iron the late hairstylist was holding a SECOND DEGREE SKIN BURN from it and she told the stylist and she said it was fine and then I spoke up and told the makeup person and she covered it with more makeup. ect VERY dissatisfied and unhappy

Shocking lack of communication
My daughter bought this for a special mum and daughter day out for my 60th birthday, she booked a date, which unfortunately due to other commitments i was unable to do. She has sent numerous emails over the last 6 weeks, no one replies, i called, no reply, left a voice message, no returned call
Happy to take the money plus a £50 per head holding deposit on booking, completely gutted for my daughter as she had planned a special day for us, nothing else to say, happy to discuss further if only someone would actually speak with us

Excellent luxurious service throughout …thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon with the team, make artistes were amazing and gave me great tips … the pictures are amazing … A truly delightful experience!!!! Thank you x

Brought the packed as a deal from a Christmas show for me and my daughter. Tried to book multipul times, they said can’t do weekends etc tried to get dates in school holidays nothing.
Very mid leading and unfortunately our voucher has now expired and never got to use it (could have hundreds pounds out of pocket) Very poor communication and they never replied when you used to message them on what’s app!
