What a brilliant day. We had prosecco, hair and make up done and the photoshoot lasted over 4 hours.
We all had a fantastic day and will definitely come back again. Stephan was immense with the editing of the photos. Very happy ladies.

Had a great session. Make up was perfect!, with touch up throughout my photo session. The hair stylist was amazing!, styled my hair twice for different outfits. I loved my complimentary drinks throughout the day as well as my hand massage. The photographer was 100% pro!, my photos came out mind blowing. The host for the day was very friendly and encouraging. The image consultant was very helpful and patient with my photo selection i am extremely pleased. 10/10!👌🏽. Will definitely return!!

Relaxing atmosphere.. great day.

I had such a great day here with my mum and sister. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, and a couple of glasses of fizz to help ease into our photoshoot! The hair stylist Awet and makeup artist Gabby made us look fab. I was worried that we’d feel awkward posing, but the photographers Abi and Tae were superb at guiding us through with ease. We ended up with so many photos we loved- some family shots of the 3 of us, some individual shots we can use for work.
I highly recommend.

Had a lovely day here with my two daughters. Felt quite pampered with a hand massage followed by hair and make-up and a glass of fizz. The photo session with the three of us was great fun and, needless to say the photos were very hard to choose between.

This was a gift from family and I was apprehensive about having a photo shoot, as I usually don't like photos of me, however the team were amazing, I was put at ease, loved the subtle but effective make up and was astonished at the quality of the photos. So much fun too. Highly recommend.

Never experienced a photo shoot before. Very relaxed atmosphere. Everyone friendly. Make up was tailored to myself, with some gentle suggestions bringing the best out of my features. Next my hair was styled beautifully after a very nice hand massage. Now for the shoot, I was nervous but the photographers made the whole experience fun, natural, great direction on how to position myself. Had the opportunity of 4 clothes changes. Now for the photo review, no pressure, felt comfortable and had great interaction to decide on the final photos. All in all a lovely experience.

We had a lovely hand massage, hair styling and make up experience followed by a really great photo shoot, producing amazing photos, was hard to choose. All the staff were very friendly and put us completely at ease.

Had a family photoshoot day, it’s the first time we’ve done anything like this and are not very good in front of cameras but we really enjoyed our day here and the photographers made us feel really comfortable and made it a really enjoyable experience. We got some amazing photos from it!

The experience and service was amazing! We were welcomed in very warmly and treated to to some drinks. The makeup artist and hair artist were very helpful with making decisions to enhance your looks whilst maintaining what you wanted to achieve. The photography team were amazing at making you feel comfortable and got some great photos. Very happy with it all and would recommend highly!

Myself and my daughters have had a wonderful time at the gallery SW3. Making memories doing a photo shoot. The photographer made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. Make up and hair was amazing. Fantastic package everyone made us feel so welcome. Great day ❤️

I had a amazing time the music was such a vibe I could not stop dancing and the makeup and hair artists are so talented they literally worked magic I loved the look also the photographer was incredible so talented it’s insane had a great day highly recommend

I never write reviews but I feel after our experience I must- After reading a lot of the negative reviews we almost didn’t do this experience but we decided to go and we had the most wonderful day! We travelled all the way from Devon with 4 dogs for a mother daughter (& dogs) photo shoot. (That we bought at crufts!). We arrived early for our appointment so nothing was rushed or stressed. The staff couldn’t do enough to make sure we were well catered for through out the whole day. We were given Prosecco (well actually I think it was Nosecco or something similar as couldn’t taste any alcohol) pretzels/tortilla chips/cheese straws to nibble on. One of the lovely ladies even went out and bought treats especially for our dogs! I absolutely loved my hair and make up. Yes the makeup looks a little much when first done (especially if you haven’t had your hair done yet!!!) but if you spoke to the make up artist you would know you need a lot more then normal because the flash takes 40% off! I went for the smoky eye and she even talked me through every step with a mirror. The hair stylist was great, she advised me on my hair and I loved it. Matteo was a very talented fantastic photographer, took an array of images & captured many natural looking photos. The staff even helped us with the dogs throughout the day, took them out for many ‘comfort breaks’. Afterwards you sit down with, yet again, a really lovely guy who goes through all the images from the day. We didn’t feel pressured at all… we just wish we went with more money in our bank accounts! Packages start at £350 for 5 images & when you see the quality of the work and the staff they allocate to making you look and feel like a star then the pricing makes sense. We found that they actually bent over backwards to get us all the images we wanted at a price that was reasonable for both sides. So all in all … it’s a fantastic experience… memories and photos to last a life time. All the staff went above and beyond. Just make sure you go with at least £350 because they will capture so many images and you WILL want them all! Thank you to all the staff at SW3- we had an amazing day and we will definitely be back.

Nothing made my experience great. I purchased a session to expire end of March 2025. I have tried to book a session and had problems so tried to contact the company several times and they have ignored me. I would like a full refund.

The promised drinks and snacks amounted to some stale crisps and some off fruit juice. The manicure was reduced to a brief hand massage. The make up and hair was alarmingly insanitary and unskilled.
The photographer was charming and professional but unable to undo the frightful makeover. I bought NO pictures. I would not recommend.
