Swift engineer’s Steve & Dave came this morning to complete recall work on the rear overhead lockers in my Carrera 194. When they removed the rear side panels and top locker’s, it revealed the insulation which seemed to be poorly fitted and inadequate in places. They replaced all the poorly fitted insulation ensuring it was all correctly glued and fitted leave no exposed metal before adding the new locker bracket’s and replacing the side panels.
Steve & Dave were really polite, friendly and professional, and carried out a excellent job ensuring very thing was done to the highest standard and left everything clean and tidy. They were very knowledgeable and helpful asked if I had any other snags on the the van they could help with, they adjusted the rear blinds so they don’t keep slipping down. They also addressed some concerns I had read about on line about the front skylight panel cracking and leaking, they showed what sign’s to look for if it did leak, my van showed none of this sign’s which was very reassuring.
Having read about a few horror stories online about Swift repairs I was a bit concerned about bad workmen ship. Steve & Dave carried out a first class job and restored my faith in Swift workmen ship and the Swift product.

We have had repeated problems with our drop down bed breaking. The fitter who came to fix it (Wayne) was reassuring, helpful and eventually resolved the problem.

Steve and Dave, arrived promptly and set about rectifying the highlighted issue plus some other smaller issues that had arisen. They were polite, knowledgeable and very competent people.
They set a very high standard for Swift employees and I would gladly let them carry out any further work if any further issues were highlighted. Thank you.

Had two encounters with Swift engineers, firstly Andy and then Dave. Hand on heart both these guys were amazing. They only came out to do small jobs but were happy to address other issues we had, particularly Dave who thought he was only coming out to stick the Swift logo and some trim on but ended up sorting our front door, regluing trim on the patio door, checking out our chassis and offering advice re a leak. Both very friendly, knowledgeable and a credit to the Swift group. Hope they get a great Christmas bonus 😁

Dave and Steve came to check the cupboard mountings on our Swift Carrera motorhome as part of a recall notice. Top lads they did a great job and even fixed the faulty blinds while they were at it.

Had two guys, Steve &Dave who refitted the overhead lockers on my Carrera 122. They were polite and very professional. Very pleased with not only what they did but how they did it and their detailed explanation of the upgrade.

We were contacted by Swift to arrange for technicians to refix the overhead lockers in our Carrera 194.
Dave & Steve arrived as arranged, who were very efficient, friendly & did a brilliant job taking down the cupboards then refitting with the new fixings. Thanks very much lads you are a credit to the company

Wayne Clark came out to resolve an issue with the front cabinet in our Campervan. He sorted it for us and it is now solid, secure and should be squeek free 😀 he was also extremely helpful with a few other questions I had. He's a credit to Swift's team.

I cannot express in words the excellent customer service this company provides.
Having had a few issues with the Canxcel wood finish on our static caravan which we absolutely love and the quality is amazing they have gone above what you could expect with there aftercare services. Mike & Phill R are a credit to the company and are fantastic brand ambassadors nothing was to much trouble, they ensured they carried out the repair with minimal disruption and took care not to damage anything within the van and were very considerate to our worries about how they would set about doing the repairs.
Well done the swift team and to your customer service attitude, I can certainly confirm if you are considering the purchase of one of there products you can do so with the utmost confidence, we purchased ours from Kendal Caravans and again all I can say is what a professional customer service focused company they organised the repairs, well done to you as well.

Phil G and Stu spent nearly all day at our lodge. They went beyond the call of duty and fixed things that we were told could not be fixed. very efficient, quick and respectful leaving the place very tidy.

a lot of the things needing repaired, or sorting were the incompetence of the factory build, and should never have left the factory in the state.

Dave, the Swift engineer, arrived with a very positive attitude & everything needed to complete the jobs he had been notified about He was polite, professional & extremely patient, spending all the time needed to ensure that things were working satisfactorily & that I understood what I was doing. He also willingly investigated couple of new issues & advised me to contact my supplier adap. I did so & received notification that my issues had been acknowledged by Swift & would be dealt with ASAP. I could not fault the service I received.

Polite and efficient .... Andy W was the engineer who came to sort my shower screen which was leaking and my front door which needed re-aligning. He was a personable guy and told me what the problems were and how he was going to rectify them. I had a button missing on the riser rail and he found me one in his van. My one niggle was that I hadn't been told he was coming and it was just luck that I was in! (But obviously that isn't his fault)

Please dont buy campervan from this company, I cant speak for their caravans as ive never owned one, I bought a new swift trekker, many problems very poor customer ervice. has cost me lots of hours and wasted time

I can't reply to swift using this format, so I'm editing my original text, I don't believe you are truly sorry because of the way you treat your customers, anyone expected to drive a vehicle 230 miles because of a brake problem recall doesn't care about that customer, that's a 460 mile round trip at my expense, totally ridiculous!

Swift has already told me via email it cannot help me with regard to this matter, I have now sold this vehicle as the whole experience has been very disappointing

Dave and Steve visited my home to secure the loose locker in the back of my Carrera 184.
Personable and left no mess also tested electric sockets impacted before leaving. Thank you

The attitude and helpfulness of the two engineers we met following the purchase of our Edmonton Lodge was of the highest professional order, both were willing and very approachable.
