My son has overcome his fear of the water and has become a confident swimmer thanks to the gentle encouragement and guidance of his swimming instructor Will. Will has truly been amazing with my son. These one on one lessons have been worth every penny. Thank you.

5/5 for my swimming teacher Jason. I switched to him earlier on in my sessions and he was a fantastic, experienced and professional coach. He broke things down in manageable chunks, really got into my mindset of what was hindering me and giving me tips to get over any anxieties or psychological blocks. There was the right balance of being there but giving me independence to grow my confidence. I started to enjoy swimming rather than see it as a lesson chore! Thank you!

I’ve really enjoyed my swimming lessons with Lydia. She is a patient, friendly, and encouraging tutor who makes me feel comfortable and confident in the water. is such a skilled swimming instructor. She makes me feel completely at ease and has really helped me work through my fear of being too heavy to float! 😂

The teachers are great, but unfortunately, the rest of the experience has been disappointing.

The water at the Mansfield pool was far too cold, especially for children having swimming lessons, to the point that I had to buy my son a wetsuit. I raised this issue with them, but it was neither properly acknowledged nor addressed.

More recently, my son developed a high fever, and despite calling a few days in advance, I was told there was no option to reschedule his lesson because of their seven-day cancellation policy.

I understand the need for a cancellation policy, but children get ill, often with very little warning! When you're paying this much for swimming lessons, I think it's reasonable to expect a suitable water temperature and some flexibility when a child is genuinely unwell.

Communication could also be improved. It's quite difficult to get hold of someone on the phone. They do call back, but I've rarely managed to actually speak to someone when calling.

It's a shame because the teachers really are lovely, but the overall service and customer care simply don't match the really high price.

The lessons have been incredibly helpful to improve swimming technique. Beata explains clearly and helps to make amendments when my technique needs correcting. I am so much more confident than I used to be. I wish I had taken lessons earlier. I highly recommend Beata to help learn or improve swimming.

We’ve had a really positive experience with swimming lessons at Swim Now. The whole team has been friendly, helpful, and professional, and communication has always been easy, with clear and prompt responses.

In particular, our child’s swimming teacher, Sherif, has been amazing—patient, encouraging, and supportive, while making every lesson enjoyable,
creating a positive environment where our 7-year-old feels comfortable and motivated to learn. We’ve seen fantastic progress in both swimming ability and confidence, and it’s wonderful to see how much he is improved.

The only downside is that the lessons are quite expensive, but we’re really pleased with the progress our child has made. Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience and would recommend Swim Now to other parents looking for swimming lessons for their children.

I started my lessons with Neve and she has been wonderful. I could sort of swim before I started but I was not strong or confident in the water. Neve straight away noticed my errors and rectified them. I have seen lots of improvement since I started and I truly enjoy waking up on a Saturday morning and going to my lesson. The great support I have received has made me want to pursue swimming outside of the lessons as I truly enjoy it now.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Swim Now enough! My boys absolutely love their swimming lessons and have made so much progress. They started off not feeling very confident in the water, but thanks to their amazing teacher, Francesca (Fran), they now look forward to their lessons every week. Their confidence has grown so much, and it’s lovely to see them enjoying themselves while learning such an important life skill.

Fran is absolutely fantastic at what she does, and because of how much my boys enjoy her lessons, we actually upgraded our package from Bronze to Silver! I only wish I had signed them up sooner.

The whole team at Swim Now, especially John, have been amazing too. Communication has been easy, and they’ve provided all the information I needed throughout the process.

I’m so happy with our experience and would 100% recommend Swim Now to anyone looking for swimming lessons for their children. Thank you, Fran and the Swim Now team! 🩵

So happy I took the step to take swimming lessons! My teacher, Sabrina, was very friendly and great at making me feel comfortable. I was taught to swim but making sure I do it in the way that is best for my body and conservation of my energy which I really liked.

We have Sheriff at Bannatyne’s in Weybridge. Ivy is only three and was a little cautious at first being on her own in the water with a man. Sherrif has been absolutely fantastic! He is so kind with her that she now can’t wait to go to swimming and her confidence is growing and growing. Thankyou so much!

As an adult learner, 50+, learning to swim building my confidence in the water, this has been a positive experience that I would highly recommend.
The process of signing up was personal and easy so didn't feel judged or pushed into making a decision.
My swim teacher, Asal, is amazingly patient, firm, good humoured, motivating and professional. She is observant, structured and will readily adjust sessions based on your needs and progress. I'm just 2 months into the programme and seeing positive results and improvement. Where I used to dread being near a swimming poo, I actually now look forward to going to the pool and my lessons..that is huge for me, for my confidence and personal achievement. Thanks Asal!
My only issue is the location. There are no venues near where I live offering the 1 to 1 sessions, so I have travel a distance to get to the venue/ lessons, however its been worth the travel.

Signed up with them and has Carra as a tutor. Warm and kind tutor who is really good at what she does. Has showed me ropes on learning how to swim. Will recommend them anytime anyday!

I got my children swimming lessons at the age of 4 and 6 years old. We had been on the local swimming pool waiting list for over 18 months, but there was no level 1 spaces available. We went swimming as a family but my children were like little koala’s hanging on and we needed someone independent to teach them how to swim properly, with a good technique from the beginning.
Swim Now got us a place within a couple of weeks. It has been expensive and we had a couple of short term teachers initially but for the last 2 years we have had Caroline teach us at Rudding Park. But our children have come in in leaps and bounds with Caroline. She has taught them so well, they are now confidence and happy swimmers with experience in all 4 strokes and most importantly they have been taught how to swim and keep themselves safe. Caroline has been so patient and encouraging with both children.

Swim Now cancelled my swimming lessons when my teacher left and did not give me a new teacher. They froze my account and took £219 from my bank account without my permission.

When the swimming teacher leaves you have to chase them and they still ignore you. Worst experience ever, if I knew wouldn't of got lessons from here. This situation stressed me out so much.
