I had a problem with a product and Swiss BioEnergetics were very quick and efficient in putting it right. I would, therefore, recommend this Company

I am very happy with their Alpha Lipoic Acid. Same effect on my neuropathy as a more expensive brand.

I am writing this review after shopping directly with Swiss BioEnergetics.

I have been buying xSpan labs products for years via a well known online retailer, however one of my regular products had not been delivered via the subscribe and save function of that retailer so I went a-googling and found you could buy these and more via the parent company Swiss BioEnergetics.

I placed my order for a number of items, some I knew well and had been using for years a some new to me that I wanted to try.

The best thing about the xSpan products is the Lack of filler.
So many companies fill their supplement our with unpleasant bulking agents and preservatives, which all may cause allergic reactions.

The next best thing about the xSpan products is their packaging. Something that other companies have started to use too - the flat bottle.
These sit neatly on the shelf, although the label is only front and back, I simply write what each one is on the thin side facing, like the spine of a book.

This is where I felt let down.
When I ordered the products, only one was shown to be in a round bottle, all the others had the traditional flat xSpan bottles shown as the product image.
I imagined the one round bottle shown was because they hadn't replaced it with the far superior flat bottle, that not only looks better & stacks better, but also makes it easier to get the supplement out without ending up with the whole bottle in your hand.
But no.
It appears xSpan, part of Swiss BioEnergetics, have decided to go backwards to the inferior round bottles, as more of my order arrived in round bottles than expected.

Fortunately the most part of my order was in the much coveted flat bottle packs.

This is my first order directly and wish they had advised that the packaging may change.

Secondly one item was missing from my order, however this is where their customer service shone.
There is always the possibility, with any order, that something may go awry.
I shop for 80% of my goods online.
The sign of a good company is not really in whether something goes wrong or not, as that is just a numbers game, it is in how the company handles it.

I simply emailed in reply to my order confirmation.
I didn't have to sit on hold for hours, or get passed from pillar to post , nor the annoying trend of not being able to reply to the companies emails to you.
None of that time wasting drivel.
I simply replied to their order confirmation email and stated the it that was missing and my preference that they supply the goods( rather than asking for a refund).
It was just one item.

They not only replied quickly, they sent out the missing item right away, no faff.
The missing item arrived quickly.

That is the sign of good customer service.

I am now kicking myself for recycling my previous flat bottles, and am definitely not recycling the new ones I received in this s order, well not in the sense of giving it to the recycling people, but I will be keeping them so that I can re- use them for future orders, should the company really not be supplying the lovely flat bottles any more, that is the only thing I am miffed about.

So positives:

Greater selection of xSpan labs supplements by going direct to Swiss BioEnergetics.
Easy to order.
Quick delivery to the UK.
Excellent customer service.

Negatives:
Round bottles creeping in, I am hoping this was a hitch and not a move backwards to a messy cupboard.

I look forward to shopping directly with them again.
