I think the teachers and the curriculum (games) made the difference.

Observing my kid interacting with his peers and coach, I'm surprised to discover his strong abilities to lead and collaborate with the rest of his cohort. While being part of a group has always been his strength, this interaction is on a whole different level.

This is what's so great about Synthesis: it offers a completely different environment for him to show their colors, which schools have unable to do for him. Thank you, and we look forward to more programs offered by Synthesis.

My son looks forward to this every week. It gives him a chance to see many perspectives of handling issues. Great opportunity.

My son loves the weekly fun! It’s a collaborative effort for teams, and an innovative environment. It’s great for young people, because they don’t teach these skills in school.

To be honest, I usually check three times during the lesson, if everything is ok for a few seconds. Other than noticing a friendly environment and cool complicated looking games, I tend to stay away to give my son space and have fun. I do not always understand what was done. However, my son enjoys it. I like the idea of early teamwork and problem solving. But this is his lesson and I do not check anything compared to his regular homework from school. I want him to have some freedom if possible at this early age. As long as he likes it, he can continue.

The teachers have been fantastic so far and my kids really look forward to their sessions!

I don't have so much insight into what my son does but after 13 sessions he still loves it so much. I think he likes the format and that he can figure things out himself without being judged.

An excellent program to train my son for critical thinking, real time problem solving, team collaboration to achieve one common goal, and leadership. The amazing thing is my son looks forward to all Synthesis sessions and sets up his own alarm to wake up early to get ready! His enthusiasm is prove than the program works. It would be awesome if the program has cohorts for senior students in grade 9-12 to continue this experience, using the foundations they have gainned to solving real world problems.

Also use a stable communication tool. Ofter i heard there's network issues.

Great learning but less cohort sessions for the price that they are charging. It's doesn't match the value if the kid is younger.

Bravo to keep the benevolence towards all youngsters. We need to have access to other's kids contacts for the ones that agree to share, so the kids can meet in person when posible.

While things are good, there's always room to make it more interesting!
