I recently sold back my BMW series 4 to Sytner High Wycombe from whom I had originally bought the car. James Courtney the Buying Manager gave me a fair price for the car and he handled all aspects of the selling process which went very smoothly in an extremely friendly , professional and efficient manner. I cannot fault my experience.

Awful dealership, lies and miss selling of a vehicle i purchased for my parents. Tim bush and his manager Narsim were not honest, emailed me several times acknowledging their mistake and nothing was done. I had to go to a another garage and pay over £400 because they sold me a faulty BMW. Despite promising to re-imburse my reciept - i was completely ignored. obviously the car wasn't checked. Worst experience ive ever had. AVOID this dealership at all costs!

My BMW i3 was recently with the service department at Sytner High Wycombe with an intermittent fault to do with the braking system which took longer than expected to resolve. However the service I received from everyone at the dealership, especially Ellie was excellent. She was always friendly, polite and efficient and kept in touch regularly with updates. Car collected on time, recall airbag work done,
Bodywork quote given. Following general report on car satisfactory however it was noted that the bonnet would it open.i think this should have been worthy of a phone call so that this could have been attended to there and then as returning the car in this condition was unsatisfactory.
