Quality did not end up matching the cost!
We purchased 2 bedroom windows from this company early 2024. We did a lot of research and took our time deciding on who to manufacture and install our windows. Iain is a good salesman and Wayne was very helpful when we went to visit the showroom to ask questions. Tailormade were the most expensive of the 3 quotes we obtained, however the workmanship appeared to be of the highest quality so we were prepared to pay the extra. The windows took awhile to be installed. We were initially pleased with them, although we did notice a number of marks but assumed they were just surface dirt which would come off when the windows were cleaned. However, when our window cleaner did call he pointed out an array of scratches/marks which were in the glass and could not be removed. When we went back to Tailormade they were prepared to only exchange the worst pane. They advised that the marks could have happened during transport/installation as this had been outsourced and hence the manufacturers wouldn't replace them. As such we are disappointed with the company (based in Stoke on Trent) and will not be obtaining windows for the rest of the house from them. So we would not recommend as unfortunately the quality did not end up matching the cost!
