Only visited the one time for my tyres to be checked after finding a flat. I was the only one in the waiting room and the men behind the desk started making insulting comments about me as if I couldn't hear? It's all open plan, the place was quite, im not sure why they were doing this. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and that is why I will never return. So far no issues with the physical work done to my car. Shame, as I might of returned if I felt comfortable enough to do so.

AVOID. Charged £250 for service which not advertised on website. Had no oil in after 2 months, with same mileage as usual, normally go best part of a year. Wanted to add on extras which usually I get in full service. Booked in to have new Catalyc Converter after accepting quote only to then not do work, had to book in again
Ended up with different exhaust end. Yanked back seatbelt and hung over seat and tried to charge for a repair, one slight touch and it pinged back up. It is my belief they think this looks like a thorough service yet car has been worse than ever. Front wiper needed replacing and didn't pick up on that. Nothing given to show what has been replaced or completed as given with all my other services. Absolute con of a garage.

I took my car into Worksop branch Saturday Jan 13 for a puncture repair. They charged me £25 and the repair lasted all of 80 miles. The tyre deflated again before I got to my destination of Kings Lynn, I had to drive on it to get to safety, which damaged the tyre. I called out roadside assistance as the wheel nuts had been tightened too tight for my on board tool kit. When roadside assistance came I told him what had happened and he said that the tyre had not been plugged, and as I had a lond distance to drive home he did not recommend driving on the spacesaver and told me to get a new tyre. I had a new tyre fitted in Norfolk the following day and they said the patch repair had come away, and that was why the tyre had gone down again, This botched puncture repair cost me massive inconvenience and a new expensive tyre, as a direct result of Tanvics poor workmanship. I sent a compaint on their website contact form, but of course no reply. My advice AVOID at all costs.

Review of Tanvic Tyres, Melton Mowbray. Probably the best tyre fitting experience I have ever had. Very helpful staff and a clean reception/waiting area. I was met by a very helpful Tanvic employee who handled the process efficiently throughout. I was changing a tyre on my Porsche because of a cut in the tyre wall and, after inspecting the tyre, Tanvic advised me that it was safe to use, and I needn't proceed with a new tyre. For peace of mind, I decided to have the new tyre fitted and this was done quickly and properly. Tanvic even advised that I take the original tyre with me, as it could be used in the future if required. They helpfully lifted the tyre into my boot for me, too. All in all, this was a fabulous experience from a helpful team. 100% recommendation from me and I will go back there without hesitation.

Worksop. The tires change was efficient, quick and on time. The price of the service is acceptable. I recommend!

I'm really not happy that Tanvic chose to put a random set of tyres on my car and not the ones requested.
Couldn't be bothered to phone me to let me know that they weren't in stock, perhaps they hoped I wouldn't notice.

Had issues with my tyre pressure light was seen straight away found needed a puncture repair was all done within 30 minutes very professional and polite reception and workshop staff would defiantly recommend wonderful service well done Tanvic tyres
