Pésimo servicio atención igual de mala te dicen que son 120 megas y solo llegan 20 reales son unos rateros CHSM telmex

Es una menuda m13rda. Inestable, lenta y un sin fin de adjetivos negativos.
Estan siempre puntuales jodiendo con los pagos que no merecen por un servicio tan deficiente con un poca o mas bien NULA forma de resolver problemas tecnicos, sin hablar del spam constante sobre la fibra optica y cuando haces cita para que te la cambien ni se aparecen y vuelven a acosar con la fibra, y cuando quieres buscar solucion siguen con el cambio a fibra y hacer cita que probablemente te vayan a dejar plantado.

Es el peor internet del mundo está tan mal que no se puede jugar un juego porque se va el internet acada rato no importa si solo es uno el que está conectado pasa lo mismo

Horrible e ineficiente, lento, muestra perdidas de señal, muy inestable para poder ver un vídeo, investigar en una página web o ya sea jugar un juego en linea.

Pesimo tengo que conectarlo a cada rato que se me va y tardado

Servicio al cliente es más que pésimo!!
Hacen con el cliente lo que les da la gana y solo dificultan solucionar un problema. Ma arrepiento de haberme cambio a Telmex. Dare de baja mi servicio lo antes posible.

Afortunadamente yo tengo Izzi, porque es una basura el servicio técnico, dicen que van y no van, no avisan y llegan de repente sin previo aviso y así pueden pasar 10 días. Una porquería

Mientras no falle la línea tienes un internet de mala calidad
Pero si falla ya te fregaste. Nunca van a reparar el servicio así lo reportes 50000 veces. Son una porquería

Me llaman día y noche, SMS, WA, etc, diario incansablemente para obligarme a cambiar a fibra óptica, además de mensajes de supuestos técnicos afuera de mi hogar para realizar el cambio, sin haberlo pedido y sin saber si son reales o no.... les está pasando tambien?

Horrible servicio al cliente tienen.
1. Su conexión a internet es poco fiable
2. Si llegas a tener algún problema, su atención es pésima. (Llevo esperando a que arreglen mi internet desde hace 8 días y no se digna a arreglarlo)
3. Su personal es despota

Para cancelarlo fue todo un via crucis. Me hicieron firmar un montón de documentación, varias veces, luego no lo cancelaban, luego te pedían que fueras a la sucursal a entregar la documentación y el módem.

Sólo faltó que me pidieran el Acta de Nacimiento de mi abuelita para poderlo cancelar.

¿Qué nadie puede ofrecer un buen servicio de internet en México?

Pésimo servicio, lástima que Izzi no esté en puebla, porque nunca me falló, pero el servicio de Telmex es un asco ojalá el dueño ponga más atención a todos los comentarios que hay sobre su empresa, asco de servicio 🤬

Apenas lo contrate hace aprox 6 meses para hogar y tambien para el negocio, ambos fallan, ya con este es el 4to reporte que levanto, dicen que iran a revisar y nada, si quieres tirar tu dinero y aun no tener servivio contrata Telmex

el internet en general funciona bien, pero si falla es un fastidio hasta un mes sin servicio, pero para cobrar si están jode y jode hasta 10 veces al día en serio si tienen la oportunidad de contratar Telmex déjenla pasar peor porquería no existe busquen cualquier otra opción, aunque sea de mucha menos velocidad

The worst customer service I have received in my life. So far 2 weeks with no Internet and no ETA on when the service will be restored. The customer service reps are idiots with no technical knowledge that just read the same script when you call. It doesn't matter that you tell them that you have factory reset your modem 10 times already and that doesn't fix the problem, because it is on their script you have to do it every time you call. Because they have no technical knowledge, if it is not on their script, they have no idea on how to troubleshoot the problem. There is no escalation path to another level of support, and no internal communication between the front line support agents and the technical department that is supposed to fix their outage. They have opened at least four tickets for their technical department, and they have closed all of them without the technician showing up at all. They even sent me a text message to tell me that my service was restored, but it is not. They can't even call to make sure the service was actually restored. Their online chat and WhatsApp support options are useless. The chat is a dumb robot that looks like it is working on the problem, but does nothing but transfer the chat to an agent. That is worse than talking to the same incompetent people on the phone. The WhatsApp option takes hours before someone answers. They will ask you the same questions from their support script, and when you answer their questions, it takes them at least 30 minutes to get back to you. You can waste a day doing this dance with them to end up with no resolution at all. The only way to get them to pay attention to your service outage is to report them to ift.org.mx, and that agency is now under Profeco.

I would rate no stars if that was an option. I paid for the best tariff and got shit internet. When i wanted to cancel they didnt answer calls, whatsapp, emails, website chatbots, official account applications.... nothing.

Servicio técnico para resolver problemas como daños en la fibra óptica más que pésimo, la espera puede ser semanas para que venga un técnico a tu domicilio a resolver tu problema. Al día de hoy, llevo 15 días sin respuesta, solo el típico: “Estamos haciendo todo lo viable posible por atender tu problema”

SE DESCONECTA A CADA RATO INTERNET BARATO, SE TRABA MUCHO, ES LENTO PÉSIMO SERVICIO NO LO RECOMENDADO

Llevo mucho tiempo con telmex la velocidad es buena no hay trabas he estado 7 dias sin lugar el servicio y funciona y ya pago y no me cobran ningún cargo y eso me gusta ya que aveces no contamos con l dinero en mano y se pasa la fecha pero no lo cortan y mucho menos cobran algún interés, si falla llamo a los técnicos donde vivo s zona de muchos árboles y se caen los cables pero lo componen y no cobran nada, eso si por la alta demanda de clientes aveces si tardan en llegar los técnicos pero todo bien hasta ahora llevo más de 10 años y todo bien no hay contratos absurdos ni trabas.
