Great time bowling for my son’s birthday. Prices have gone quite expensive but got a deal where a pizza was included. Only criticism is that the seating area by the lanes is far too small for 6 people. Was much better when it was more open.

The bar area was absolutely filthy. There was no where to sit that was clean. The floor had food, sweets and rubbish everywhere and no one came to clean any of it up the whole time we were there. The bowling lane was the same. We got to our lane and drinks and jugs and mess was everywhere. We had to clear it all before we could play. Not a great experience at all. I appreciate it was busy but there’s no excuse for mess like there was.

Ordered drinks to lane via QR code and took 30 mins to arrive only after I have to chase them up.
Food service apparently also delayed…was asked has nobody told you? Pizza arrived as final ball was bowled.

Great afternoon bowling. We were made to feel welcome and everything went smoothly. The place was clean and well maintained. Would definitely return.

We had such a great laugh, brilliant few hours out.

Kind helpful staff - easy place to get around with no problem

Arrived 15 mins early no alleys available, that wasnt the issue. We got told to wait, no problem got told to go on lane 8 and someone would come over and clear the mess and rubbish left, no one came and didnt activate out lane, had to go there and ask them to activate twice wothin 20 minutes. Finally after the second attempt the lane was active. Went to get the family drinks there were 4 people behind the bar 1 serving tje rest just stood there talkong 2 lads in jackets so suspecting managers.They looked over at me and just turned there backs to me. I had to wait 15 minutes to get a drink with only one person serving a full arcade and boeling lanes whilst he others just stood there talking. The barman did apologise for the wait and i said no need an apology from you its the 3 people stood behind you who need to apologise to all the waiting customers. Theu could all serve as i witnessed them serving at the start so there was no excuse absolutely shocking service will not take my family here again.my lids were bored because of the waiting around i also asked them to please clear the mess and no one arrived to do this. How can tenpin employ people like this and allow this to happen they need to restructure their managers.They were more interested chatting and laughing amongst thenselves.

Lady behind the bar was rude and completely messed up the drinks order.

Food that i had paid for didnt arrive we finished our game sat and finished our drinks for a further 10mins still nothing went to the arcade gave it another 20mins then went to ask they said yes it did come out you had left the lane and we came to look for you clearly not as we were only near the bar area and I didnt see anyone carrying a tray of food! No refund and an email saying that the food was brought out! Very dissapointing as we come regularly

Tenpin Bowling in Crewe isn’t our closest bowling alley, but we regularly travel further to come here as a family because it’s simply the best. The facilities are excellent, prices are reasonable, and the staff are incredibly friendly. We have a disabled 6 year old child, as well as other children of various ages up to 16 and every single visit we are made to feel welcome, included, and valued. Nothing is ever too much trouble, even when the idiot dad puts the wrong details into the computer and needs everything resetting. Yes, that’s me. I honestly can’t praise the team enough. We’ve eaten here several times in the past, although not today, and the food has always been fresh, hot, and great quality. With a child who is obsessed with ketchup and the fact it’s freely available, this place ticks every box. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Have been coming here years as I have been born and raised in Crewe it was my local bowling alley before and after the renovations and all I can say is it's only gotten bigger and better I came here with my fiancé for one of our anniversary dates as this was our first date location and we love it
