Really fun time had here
Really fun time had here. We had booked bowling kareoke and interactive darts so had a dull afternoon planned.
The only thing that let it down was the kareoke. Think we had a newbie showing us. They did not show us that you could adapt the lights which I was told afterwards by someone else. We did the whole hour in bright normal light when I now know there is disco lights and mood lighting etc.. also the mics didn't work and the person showing us wasn't sure how to recharge them.
Due to the mics, outer session ran over as we started late and different members kept coming in to check how long we had left which interrupted us and was not professional. They should have been able to access that info at the counter without interrupting us.
Apart from the niggles with the kareoke, had a really good day

Very nice place to go for all the family, something for everyone - of any age. I had 3 11 yr olds they were happy bowling and eating plus the arcades, would recommend and will return. Thanks

Booked a lane
Booked a lane, they gave us the lane was almost half way through then came over to tell us to move onto a different lane as that was booked for someone else. Rather embarrassing and did ask if they could not put the other people on a different lane and it was a no sorry. Was there mistake and thought they handled it badly!!
