Got TextVerified a few months ago, and it was working well...until today. Tried verifying a Google Voice number and got "No numbers available for the selected service." Tried again an hour later--same result. I'm thinking that they're now just useless scammers.

After signing up and adding funds to my balance, I was ready to start verifying Google Voice accounts left and right. Or so I thought. To my horror, I discovered that this website, which claims to provide SMS verification numbers, didn't even have any numbers available! How is that even possible? Isn't that the entire point of their existence?

Frustrated and feeling like I had just been scammed, I did the only reasonable thing – I opened a support ticket. That was days ago, and guess what? I'm still waiting for a response. It's like they've gone into hibernation or perhaps their entire support team decided to take an extended vacation. Either way, it's beyond unacceptable.

I've sent multiple follow-up messages, practically begging for some sort of acknowledgment or resolution, but it's as if I'm shouting into the void. At this point, I'm convinced that the "support" they claim to offer is nothing more than a cruel joke. They've taken my hard-earned money and left me with nothing but frustration and regret.

If you're reading this and considering using this SMS verification service, I implore you to run in the opposite direction as fast as you can. It's a black hole of broken promises, terrible design, and non-existent customer support. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable service that actually delivers on its claims. This one certainly isn't it.

Some numbers they offer don't work. They have bad customer service and do not offer refund for the numbers that don't work. Some number don't work for half a day then start working. Takes customer support days to answer. Find another alternative if possible.

I tried ten numbers; none of them were usable. I'm still waiting for a refund.

However, poor refund policy. They state that you will not receive a refund if you get an unrelated text. So if you receive some spam message on a "service not listed" type number, you will not be given a refund.

i changed my password and then i tried the old password and it still worked then i decided to type just random letters and it worked. what is going on. i did all this after i logged in and discovered that my credit has been wiped. whats happening?

I tried it with Paypal. It didn't work. In the end, they still make money because you have to purchase credits to use it...

After making payment to the BTC address that showed up on the screen, my account was not funded and the support team told me i made payment to the wrong address. I'm pretty sure that i made payment to the correct BTC address but they scammed me.
