I bought a club and returned it 2 months ago. I was told I would receive store credit. I waited 2 weeks…..nothing. I chatted with customer service a week ago, they said the club had been confirmed as returned but “noone had done any action to process the return”. They said they would go ahead and do that then and I would receive a gift card. Over a week later, nothing. I chatted with customer service today and they said an egift card would be sent within 2 hours. 6 hours later , nothing. I am super pissed and I have had it up to here. I have been very patient and given many chances cor this to be resolved and it has not been. This is truly shitty customer service.

Follow-up to TGW reply on 4/1/26:
I was asked to reach out to TGW Customer Support via email (Note: Trust Pilot does not let us put email addresses in reviews). I took the time to pull together an email with the relevant information in hopes that they could help. I sent the email via GMAIL and a few minutes later I hear back.......FROM GOOGLE!!!!!The email address TGW gave does not work. Below is the Google error message:

Your message wasn't delivered because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

I ordered 2 gold clubs from TGW.com 2 weeks ago. They shipped them FEDEX Ground Economy. I live in the Boston area, an area with an abundance of FEDEX activity, thus even with Ground Economy the package should have been received by now. Normally I would blame FEDEX and I do.....HOWEVER when finally got hold of a human at FEDEX, they advised that TGW.com's shipping department need to get involved to help get the package back on track. I called TGW and was pretty much told to hold my breath and hope.....The TGW customer service person was totally bleeping useless. I will give it a few more days then go the route of filing a claim with my credit card company.
FEDEX definitely sucks but TGW is a crappy organization as well. Never shopping here again.

I ordered a golf bag. TGW sent the wrong item. I notified them immediately and they replied they had the bag in stock. I sent the wrong item back immediately the next morning. TGW did not hold the correct item (purchased) for me and when they finally inventoried the returned item, the one I wanted was no longer in stock and never would be. They said they would give a gift certificate for my troubles, but they never did. I have been bouncing emails to Customer Service for 2 weeks now and I keep getting the same automated response that "a gift certificate for my troubles will be arriving today". But everyday it never arrives. I've decided to never do business with the company anymore - buyer beware, TGW does not stand behind its actions.

The first club I ordered ($400) was poorly packaged, and surprisingly didn’t break but it didn’t so I’m not complaining about that. My second club which was supposed to be a $400 putter ended up being a small fairway wood of some sort which I didn’t fully open as obviously I had to return it. I was sent a label, I printed the label for FedEx to pick up at my house which they didn’t and I reached back out and was told now I had to drop the club off at a FedEx shipping office. What’s the point of online ordering if I have to drive all around the city to return a club that I didn’t order? I don’t have time for all of this and I still don’t have the putter I ordered over a week ago. Next time I’ll just simply drive to the local golf stores and take it off the shelf which I should’ve done originally.

I ordered 3 fairway woods from TGW. I received 2 of the 3 as one was backordered.
I received the 3rd club, but it was a Ladies Rescue Wood and not the club I ordered.
I contacted TGW and let them know I received the wrong club. TGW would not send me the club I paid for until I could prove I sent the other club back
I have no problem returning the club, but I am out the original club I ordered.
I would not be making a huge deal of this but I was going to use the club for a tournament this weekend.
I understand there are dishonest customers out there, but I have already been charged for the club I ordered.

Simple order.... two wedges. I saw online the box had arrived at my house. However, instead of the two wedges, the box was filled with some kind of shelving. I can understand and forgive mistakes, and even the lack of an apology. However, TGW took this to a level I have never seen. They refused to ship my wedges until they received word from Fed Ex that the shelves had been picked up for return. In other words, they were holding my wedges hostage. As improper (and, I suspect, illegal) this was, the situation was more complicated as I was scheduled to go out of town for golf and I wanted/needed my new wedges to accompany me. They were unyielding. Add to this the failure to arrange for the early morning Fed Ex pickup they promised, the failure to call me as promised, and this was an unmitigated disaster. I still am waiting for a return call from their head of operations. They ended up needing to ship the clubs to where I was traveling. I will never do business with TGW again

A product has been on back order for over 6 months. All of a sudden my credit card is charged with no communication from TGW. I looked in my order history and it was blank. I emailed customer service who apologized and said my product was sent and gave me tracking information. I checked daily and USPS said it was awaiting the item. One day I received my package and looked and the tracking information I was given was not accurate. So my package could have been lost and I never would have known.

Ordered an expensive set of clubs, when they didnt ship I reached out several time to ensure they had them in stock. I was promised they had 12 sets and I would get overnight shipping. All lies, they didn't have them in stock nor did they ever. They advertise products they do not have. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I ordered a $300 golf bag on Feb 9 a week later no bag. Then they reordered it and said they would next day air ship it so I could get it for a golf tournament. On the 16th it showed the bag was in Fort Myers Fl. which is less than a hr from my home in Venice Florida.The bag never has showed up still on March 2nd. A Supervisor for TGW was supposed to reach out to me and get me a refund or find out where 2 different golf bags just disappeared. This might be the worst experience I’ve ever had with any golf site. So finally we had to go to our credit card account to stop payment for a golf bag we never received. This is way beyond poor customer service.

Last year sent me a Skycaddie that was previously used and which contained the owner's personal data; Skycaddie confirmed; Eventually TGW sent me a new product; This year I bought driver and 7 wood, but had to nag to get the driver sent in two weeks; a month later they said 7 wood discontinued; so they refunded with e-card, then charged me shipping and Package Protection fee ($2.99) for no reason and won't respond.

Truly appalling customer service. No notifications on delayed shipments, even when paid extra for 'express shipping'. Unhelpful and sarcastic team on chat who simply end the conversation to get rid of you.

I ordered a set of irons 4-U. I received ONE club. ONE! How does that happen? The nonchalant agents did not seem surprised, and if you, as a customer, do not continue calling, you will not get a response. How does a company send a "partial" order? One club, and no good reason as to why they did it!
It takes forever to get a response.
