I’ve made several orders over the past two years and never had a problem. When calling to ask about back order items, the chap on the phone was really friendly and helpful, the expectations were clearly laid out. Packaging of items is also great, foam peanuts to protect items and paints are bagged, just incase.

Arrived quickly and thankfully undamaged as the packaging saved the contents from the damaged/partly squashed external box used for posting. As this was for a present, any damage would have made it unusable.

It was fairly easy to get a hang of the website, I found everything that I was looking for, and it arrived in a timely manner. I don't ask for much, but The Outpost ticked all the boxes, and there's nothing I'd like to see changed. To me, that constitutes 5 stars.
