Great service

Had a great experience using the Re-load trade in scheme. Had a fair bit of so emailed them a list along with conditions and followed up with photographs. A price for part cash and part trade was agreed on the basis of the items being in the condition I had said , and due to the number of items a collection was arranged. Outpost pointed out that they wouldn’t try haggle me down at the point of collection as long as everything was as I had said.

Chris from Outpost came down on the agreed day and checked everything was good which it was , and then arranged the bank transfer and credit note voucher straight away before leaving and this was quickly done. I didn’t have to pack anything as he’d brought packing boxes and material and it was soon all boxed up and loaded into his car. I appreciated that he’d actually come down on his day off to get the trade in finalised as quick as possible.

Would recommend , I felt the prices quoted were very fair.

Arrived in good time but book had several dings and dents in the hardback, the packaging looked pristine though and was well padded with bubble wrap so can only assume it was sent out in this condition which is disappointing as a collector i would have listed this books condition as second best.

I placed my order in November, and although my order was delayed from arriving for Christmas, and a subsequent Birthday in early January, The Outpost still warrants a five-star rating due to communication level and the knowledge that the delays were not of The Outposts doing. I received an order update weekly, and sometimes bi-weekly, each time including the option to request a full refund. I am always more likely to stick with a company that keeps me updated without the need to chase. I would recommend The Outpost to anyone who asked. The quality of the product that I eventually received was exemplary and my Father is over the moon with them.

I have used The Outpost a lot recently and their service is excellent. One recent incident involved an order I made for an out of stock item,The Outpost kept me informed of the supply info then, when it came to light that the item had been discontinued,offered me a store credit or refund. I took the credit, ordered an item and received it within 2 days. Excellent customer service.

Frequent updates about the status of my order and the situation with stock, even offering to refund items that were taking longer than expected to come from suppliers so they could send out the rest of the order to me. The items themselves came with zero damage, and in great time from agreement of dispatch. The fact they contacted me about the delays rather than the other way around was a really nice surprise.

As always, on time and in perfect condition, despite me living in a town that annoyingly delivers parcels a day late, yours magically arrive on time. Amazing service, bonus points for the time magic :)

I have been using the Outpost regularly for various no Warhammer systems products from paints to minis for well over 2 years. I have never had any issues with the products sent or any delays or issues with delivery. I more than highly recommended them for getting anything you need for your hobby from here.

Brilliant communication from the team - there was a slight chance of a delay which I was notified about well in advance by them (although the products did indeed arrive on time for release, which was just icing on the cake!). I've been using The Outpost for quite a few years, and will continue to do so!
