Package bought like 2 months ago and never received . I’ve spent around a 100 dollars on this , and the customer service is not responding either

Dude sells some cool stuff but the customer service is lacking. Received my order in about 2 weeks (December 15) but one shirt was the wrong size and the other was damaged seemingly prior to being shipped. I've sent 3 emails over the last 2 months with no response. Order number is AL12004 if you care to get back to me, Daniel.

I ordered a hoodie at the beginning of December and I am yet to receive it. It was originally meant to be a Christmas present however once I waited over 2 weeks and didn't recieve my order, (the website said it was supposed to take 2-5 days to arrive), I had to find a replacement from another website. Its been 2 and a half months now and I am still yet to recieve my hoodie. I have emailed the antilife numerous times and have not heard anything back. It's terrible customer service, I just want my hoodie or a refund..

My grandpa ordered me some stuff from the website in mid december and despite a few emails i’ve not had a response- I’m really hoping I get a reply here because he’s worried he’s been scammed,
I’m aware he hasn’t and understand there’s probably been a few delays, but it would be nice to reassure him,

I ordered a hoodie from the anti life website recently, it says it usually takes up to 14 days to be shipped but mine was shipped in 9 days which I’m very pleased about. Great customer service and I received a personal email from the man running the company informing me of everything that’s happening with my order as it happens which I’ve never experienced before. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had with a clothing brand and will 100% buy from there again and recommend to my friends.

Wouldn't recommend you use this site! Ordered a hoodie for my son's Christmas first week in December.

Aside several emails asking for updates or a refund even if the order couldn't be honoured they've failed to respond.

I received my hoodie in a timely manner coming overseas, and it was worth the wait because it is such great quality and so comfy. Will definitely order more from them!
