As all the other reviews reported, this company is a scam. I have send numerous messages with pictures and all the information they need for a return and refund. I have not heard anything from them and feel like I just was scammed for $70. Do not do business with this company!!

Horrible experience. These people are schiesters! I ordered 5 items. 2 of the 5 items were not received - they sent 2 items I did not order. A 3rd item did not fit and all 5 items were of the poorest quality fabric I have ever seen. I immediately went on their website to make returns. That was 3 weeks ago and have not received return instructions yet. I get AI generated responses telling me to pay more money and they will send the correct items and I can keep the ones I received. Then they say it costs more to return the items than I paid for them because they go to Asia. Still have not been provided an address. I have filed a dispute with my credit card. Stay away from these people!!

I would give this shady company less than 1 star. Dresses are sized weird and they will not let you return them. They go round and round with you via delayed emails and still do not provide the return address to the factory in china. Horrible experience! Do not buy from this company!

SCAM of a BUSINESS, I asked for the address immediately for a return, it did not fit, I sent pics as requested. 4 weeks later I still do not have it. Finally sent an email saying 10% back and keep the dress is the best they could do. CHEAP looking too. Lots of threads. I hope my bank will honor my claim.

Ordered two dresses. They did not fit immediately requested information for return label and instructions. Was given the runaround for the first five emails. Then was asked to take pictures which I did and included the packaging picture as well as a video of the dresses which were in the same shape they were when they were delivered. Then they wanted me to try it on so they could see why it did not fit, which quite frankly as none of their business if I do not like the fit. Again six more emails trying to get instructions for return after submitting the pictures and the video all within the 30 day window. Now 30 day window is coming to a close and they want to offer me 10%. I think they are scammers. The quality was not good and their customer service is horrific.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THE BELLEMONT SISTERS unless you plan to keep it. I have been corresponding with them since the beginning of September asking to return the two garments. They are too big and I complied with their request for pictures - what a waste of time. They wanted me to keep them and for $10 they would send a different size. I ordered a small and they don't offer a smaller size so any guess what they would replace it with. They quit corresponding with me even after I threatened to write a bad review. No wonder, all they have are bad reviews. I think they might be located in Poland. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They advertise like they are in the United States. Come to find out they are located in china. Material of the clothing is very cheap compared to what is advertised. I lost $178 to this company and they did not honor their return policy.

Total shame. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! Dress which I purchased looked nothing like was shown on the website. The two sisters they speak about on their website do not exist. You are not purchasing from a little shop in a coastal town but a company out of China. Free returns means they will negotiate with you when you try to return for up to 30% back of the total purchase then if you don't take their offer , you have to ship it back to China for double the price that the item was purchased for. If you are looking for a cheap outfit go with somebody else.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The "30-day return"policy indicates that the buyer is responsible for shipping ( fair enough). The website indicates they are in Seaside,FL ( or Seaside,CA on the map), but you RETURN TO CHINA, costing more than the item. Fabrics are cheap-my dress will make someone an awesome Halloween witches outfit, for a 30% refund.

Do not order anything from this company. They do not honor their return policy, unless you ship it to China which is very expensive. The clothing is cheap, no tags and sizes are not accurate. Save your money!!

DO NOT purchase!! I have posted before...a few weeks ago. I have now been ignored. Can 't return because cost to return to Asia will cost more than refund. They offered 20% discount but want me to purchase something else. Their clothes are awful. They do not have store in FL. They are a complete scam.

Horrible business☹️very disappointed dress was not what was pictured, they used two different types of material, sleeves were different & they showed pockets no pockets of course……bad business false refunds a scam company folks

What a scam! Just as the other reviewers, this is a cheap China store, with awful sizing. I started the return process but I am still not sure how much this is going to cost.

This site is a total scam!!! Same as others, I want to make a return and am being given the runaround. Making me offers, asking me to pay them to get a different size, etc. I really wish there was someone out there that could after these people. They’re disgusting individuals.

We have gone back and forth numerous times. They act like they want to help but they keep dragging out. At this point I don’t expect anything from them. All I got was cheap merchandise!

Wish I would of read the reviews. Terrible quality and customer service. Will not refund item like the website advertises.

Complete scam. It’s not a small boutique in Seaside FL, owned by two sisters named Claire and Olivia. The dress I ordered came directly from China (after a few weeks of waiting) and was not at all what the picture showed. It’s cheap, fraying edges, no tags, and exposed elastic on the inside. THEN the easy returns are not easy returns. They gave me the run-around and even tried to get me to send them more money to order another item instead of a return. Ha! I could go on and on but you get the point. Don’t order!

Terrible customer service. I received a dress and did not like the fabric or the quality . They make it impossible to return. They claim you have to return to China but yet they ship from San Diego. They won't issue a refund they try to convince you to exchange it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT

Website states 100% satisfaction guarantee within 30 days, no questions asked. They had me send photos of the items and why I wanted to turn them. They said inaccurate website description or if you don’t like the quality it doesn’t qualify for a return. I’ve emailed several times back and forth with them. I purchased two dresses that stated they were made of cotton but they were a very cheap synthetic fabric. The stitching is off and looks nothing like the website. I’ve filed a dispute with my credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Worst customer service I have ever had . Almost seems like a scam . They will not take returns . They ask for pictures and they don’t answer you back and just send an automated response that they want 3-4 pictures of the clothes . Horrible quality , got size xl when ordered small .. and they are closing if it’s even a legit clothing company . Do NOT order!!!Read others had same issue . Total SCAM !!!!!!!
