Excellent quality product. The earl grey tea chocolate is a firm favourite. Tad slow on shipping and price is a little eye watering.

I find it difficult to order
I find it difficult to order. If your not on the site at the exact time you've basically got no chance to buy the chocolate that you want
Ive enjoyed the bars ive managed to get but its disheartening when you log on 2 mins late and they are already out of stock!

Thank you for your feedback 😊
We’re really pleased to hear you’ve enjoyed the bars you’ve managed to get, but we completely understand how frustrating it can be when a favourite sells out so quickly.
As a small team making everything by hand, there is a limit to how much chocolate we can physically produce, and some releases can be incredibly popular and disappear much faster than we ever anticipate! 🍫
We really do appreciate your patience and continued support, and we’re constantly working to make as much chocolate as we possibly can without compromising on the handmade quality. 💛
Friendliest customer service

Best chocolate bars ever!
I tried for weeks and weeks to get some chocolate bars. The wait was way beyond what we expected. These are the best bars I’ve ever had. Only wish I wasn’t thousands of miles away. Beyond talented chocolatiers! You must try!!

What can I really say about these…
What can I really say about these chocolate bars.
Probably the best bars I’ve bought, ever.
Yes some flavours are a little bit odd for some but the ingredients the care taken with every bar is above and beyond honestly.
Yes they can take a while to get to you but it’s not that bad and well worth the wait.
Biggest issue is getting the bar you want as they sell like wild fire!
Tried the forest gateaux it was amazing.
Just had the baklava bar(just the standard bar)and that was also another level of taste.
Worth the wait and the money.
Will hopefully get to try everything 👍

We’re absolutely delighted you can see the care and attention that goes into every bar we make – hearing that they’re some of the best you’ve ever bought really does mean the world to us. 🍫✨
We know getting hold of certain flavours can sometimes be a challenge when they disappear like wildfire! 😄 We’re so pleased the Black Forest Gateau and Baklava Inspired Bar were worth the chase though – “another level of taste” is quite the compliment!
Thank you for your patience, your support and for wanting to work your way through the range. We hope you manage to catch them all! 😉💛
Order without a doubt
I found this brand via Tiktok, one of their chocolates was viral and me being a chocolate lover decided to learn more. Boy was I happy when Isaw they had international shipping, I'm in Argentina so rarely do I get to try stuff from the UK. It arrived quicker than I thought and it took me a couple of time to figure out when they re-stocked and to be able to buy it before it ran out of stock. I made a total of 7 orders, including the pre order for the viral one and then a bunch of different flavors that I was able to catch on every re-stock. The packaging and the quality of the product is just like nothing I've seen before. It's sooo good and I just love it.

It means so much to hear that both the chocolate and packaging exceeded your expectations, especially when your orders have travelled such a huge distance to reach you. Hearing that our chocolate is unlike anything you’ve experienced before is an amazing compliment to our whole team. ✨

The packaging is totally unique, very original and fun with plenty of info. I can’t think of better chocolate anywhere, all the flavours blend together so well and you can taste that only the best quality ingredients are used. Great combinations that make The Chocolate Smiths stand out above the rest. I have had good communication with the staff and they are always helpful.

Mini bar selection
Ordered the mini bar selection box as I wanted to try a few different flavours. Packaging is fabulous, the marketing is great, and the selection is good value for money. For me, though, the flavours offered more in their descriptions than they do in reality. I found them all a bit one dimensional and very sweet. Glad I tried them but probably won’t order again.

Wonka moment
Just received my order after the spell of hot weather. Even delaying delivery due to this was well thought out. What can I say. First purchase from this company. As a northern lass I wanted something local for my daughter’s wedding in Lumley Castle. So it needed to be exceptional and you didn’t disappoint. The packaging is magnificent. A true Wonka moment unpacking it to reveal the treasure within. I was attracted by the unique flavours so ordered 6 bars to take to the castle. No champagne here vodka and Chocolate Smiths. Looking forward to trying the full range. It’s a need. Thank you for making it special

Hearing that our packaging gave you a real "Wonka moment" made us smile, and we’re honoured that you chose our chocolate to be part of your daughter’s wedding celebrations at Lumley Castle. What a special occasion! 🥂 (Although we have to say, vodka and Chocolate Smiths sounds like a pretty fantastic pairing! 😉)
We hope you enjoy discovering the rest of the range, and thank you so much for making us part of such a memorable celebration. 💛

Their chocolate is just fantastic
Their chocolate is just fantastic. It's all handmade and beautifully packaged, with some unique flavours. I'm already a chocolate fan, but when I tried their Salted Caramel Bwownie Bar, I was absolutely blown away and just couldn't get enough of it! I highly recommend to anyone really. The delivery can take a bit of time, but you are told that when ordering and they keep you updated on its progress. You can really tell how much love goes into the production of these bars!

Great buy!
I saw an add for your candy bars and decided to order, without looking where it would ship from. I live in northwest Iowa, in the middle of summer. I was so worried I would receive a melted mess. But to my surprise and delight, they arrived in perfect condition. I have been enjoying a small piece a day. The taste of the chocolate is smooth and not overly sweet. Will order again, but I will wait till the cooler months.
