The item was not as described.It was delivered in appalilng packaging. It was screwed up and shoved in a bag. I sent an email to discuss but had no reply. So VERY bad customer service. It was pitched at a higher price RRP than it originally was by over £100. I feel ripped off and unheard. I would support the business if I got a HUMAN response. So No! I think the site is run by amateaurs who take advantage of their customers and have no respect or care about what they are selling. Don't fall for the cutsey sales patter. These woman are after making a fast buck with no intent of any moral compass.

Eekkk treated myself to the beautiful Chanel sunnies. I checked for damage then put them away again - not be opened till my birthday. Thank you Ladies ♥️😘

I popped into the Marylebone store on Sunday - wow - the vibe in the street is amazing with a fab farmers market! All the girls in store are super lovely, really helpful and fun! I came away with 3 gorgeous pieces for a fraction of retail! Every time I pop in there is new stock too - always something new to try! Exceptional experience in a fab boutique store - all the clothes look brand new even if they aren’t! Love it 😍

The item I bought was delivered very quickly and was perfectly as described. Sadly it was just too big for me. The returns process was very quick and easy as was the refund.
I will certainly use the Cirkel again

I would not advice buying any item of clothing here. The returns policy is non-existent and you will only receive a small credit to spend with them. Also be wary of their descriptions, the sizes are usually smaller than advertised and the material also not correct. It is overpriced and risky for what you are purchashing.

Absolutely love their shoe collection, found the one I’ve been hunting for plus almost lost my mind and bought another two pair. Received the heels today and they’re just as described, lovely. Customer service are great, too. Kind and helpful. Also their sell back for points concept is new to me and I thought that’s just genius. Overall a wonderful thrifting experience and I’m so happy I found another great place to shop secondhand gems!

I was looking for a dress for my brothers wedding . I had literally tried on 100’s in Spain (where I live) and London . Nothing was quite right ! I wanted something unusual and designer looking but without the price tag . From the moment I walked into Cirkle I knew it was going to be the right place . Lovely friendly helpful staff . I selected at least 20 dresses and the assistant suggested even more and hung them all on a rail for me . The first one I tried on was an Alamais printed linen dress with puff sleeves . It was perfect- even the customer in the next cubicle went wow - you should buy that !! I tried on lots more but the Alemais dress was the one for me ! I wore it to the wedding and the amount of compliments it received was staggering!! I’m 60 and have white hair so need something to make me feel fantastic! I recommended you to everyone one at the wedding! Will definitely revisit whenever I am in London . Your 2 staff members (both from Ireland) were exceptional.

I shopped in person at the Marylebone store and it was an excellent experience! There were amazing finds at really good prices.
The girls in there also provided fabulous customer service, they were very helpful and kind.
I will have to stop myself from going back every weekend for the sake of my wallet!

An almost brand new item for less than half the price! So impressed. Will definitely be ordering again!

I gave my bag to this company to sell, but it never sold, so I requested it back. Unfortunately, they have now lost it.

I’m extremely disappointed with how this has been handled. Their customer service response was that their system is old and the staff who dealt with my item are no longer there — which is simply not acceptable.

I still have not received my bag back. Very poor experience, would not recommend.
