Alison was so approachable and incredibly helpful when I was looking for somewhere quiet to breastfeed my son, who was feeling stressed and upset. She kindly offered me a sofa where I could sit comfortably, which I really appreciated. Once I was finished, she also took the time to help me choose and purchase some diffuser oils. Her kindness, patience, and excellent customer service made such a difference to our visit. Thank you, Alison!

The Designer Rooms in Mackinnon Mills Coatbridge is a really good outlet store. Great variety of furniture and carpets available at discounted prices. Staff are really friendly and helpful. They will arrange delivery at an affordable price and it includes the building of your item (if necessary) and the uplift of all packaging.

The prestwick shop had so much to see,i was served by lorraine ,she was so helpful and profesional. I loved all the different furniture and everything was unusual .Lorraine was fantastic

Lovely store and the customer service was great. We went to the store in Uddingston and were served by a kind salesman called Dean. The service provided was excellent and Dean helped us choose a new corner sofa. Will be going back!

Absolutely beautiful shop with amazing art, furniture and soft furnishings, went in for a sensum and the staff were so helpful and friendly will definitely be back soon!
