When I messaged the company to let them know my father’s gift hadn’t arrived, Faye came back almost immediately and ensured it was delivered the very next day. Excellent customer service!

Can someone respond about my order 110645 made on 22/5 still not received.

I’ve tried phone number and doesn’t seem to work.

I’ve received no response to my email

Order 110605 Can someone get back to me regarding my recent order.. A week later and still not heard anything.. I need to know if my order has been dispatched.
I have tried to go on Web chat waited ages no reply to my emails.

You charged £5 for delivery yet it took 13 days from order to arrival which does not tally up with your explanation and does not justify the excessive delivery fee. No communication from the company at all until I left a review on this site. One of the photo frames was ordered with an uploaded photo which I expected to come with the frame but it did not - why allow the option of uploading a file if it's not going to be used?

I have tried to contact you through your live chat, this is never available. I am now waiting for you to answer my email. This is extremely embarrassing as we bought this for a birthday gift. Please can we have an answer as to where this gift is and if you are going to send it to me.

I ordered an engraved Swarovski diamanté champagne flute for my sister’s 60th birthday.
It was received in a huge, well packaged box. The flute was everything I had requested and was superb.
A big thank you especially to Faye in Customer Services and to the whole team.

We ordered a book of condolences which is needed for a funeral on the 17th.
We had an email confirming the order on the 5th. Another email saying the order has despatched on the 8th. No tracking or idea of how it was sent.
The book has not arrived. There is no customer care phone number. I’ve emailed twice, used the enquiry form on the website and been on the live chat (joke) for 15 minutes with no one picking up.
This was an expensive item for a very sad occasion and the hassle has just made it worse.
We have now had to order from a reputable company that will print tomorrow and send by expedited delivery.
You have made what is a very sad time much more difficult.

Hey, I've ordered a set of dominoes and payed extra for 1/2 day delivery and it still hasn't arrived. Received no email of confirmation so not sure who to get In touch with.

I eventually received my swarovski compact mirror after chasing several times. It just turned up, but I did not have any emails to notify me. It has arrived but there is not a crystal on the dot of the I as it should be. I emailed and Faye asked if I could send a picture and suggested it might have fallen off in the packaging. The compact has a protective cover, so if the crystal was there, that would have kept it in place. I work so, I can only access the live chat when I am on lunch. I have tried several times, with no luck and once when Faye did come on, she asked how she could help, when I typed my answer in, there was no further reply and I was just sat there again. I have chased for a reply to my email where I sent the pictures as requested and left messages on the live chat screen out of hours, but I have had no reply. This is extremely poor service. I ordered this on the 4th October and now the birthday is fast approaching and I do not have the gift I ordered or any correspondence of how and when this will be rectified. I was hopeful that the poor reviews I read after ordering would not be true, but it seems they are. Please update me as soon as possible to resolve this situation.

Since writing this review I had a reply back on trust pilot and by email, advising that I had been emailed back, which was not the case. Why wouldn't they have replied to my previous email chain rather than just starting a new one. Also I am told on seeing the photos a replacement was posted out the very same day. I did not send the photo until I got home from work after 6pm, so I very much doubt this was sent out after 6pm. I have not received any replacement as yet

I ordered an Engraved Futuristic Optical Crystal Clock in early Feb for a presentation to be made in early March. The product arrived in a few days, and on inspection, looked great. After the presentation on 14 March, the recipient phoned me to say that the clock was not working. I emailed the company and got an immediate reply from Faye to say that the clock would be replaced. I asked that it be sent direct to the recipient, and this was done in 3 days. Unfortunately the replacement clock would not quite fit into the slot in the crystal glass, so the recipient informed Faye. Within a week the recipient had received an entirely new Engraved Crystal Clock, working perfectly well.
I cannot thank Faye enough for the courteous way she dealt with the issues, and for quick responses to emails. Her service was beyond excellent and I thank the company for the amazing way they have dealt with the problem. To have everything sorted out satisfactorily within 2 weeks was excellent service. I could not have expected more and I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality product.

I bought two beautifully engraved silver photo frames from The Engraved Gifts Company and I’m so pleased with them. The quality of the frames is excellent and the customer service is exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt valued. I highly recommend this company as the whole process of ordering the engraved frames was very straightforward.

I left a previous review about a poorly engraved photo frame to which they responded with the insinuation that they had given me a refund, but this was untrue, as they didn’t refund me. I don’t want readers to believe that the issue was resolved because it wasn’t. Avoid this company.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago. No sign of the order yet. No response to my email queries. The live chat option on their website is a sham. Fraudulent company. Please do not lose your money on this website.

I made an order over 3 weeks ago and I’m yet to receive the item. No reply to a Facebook message sent, email and live chat is always closed. I’ve now missed the wedding in which the gift was for! Great!

Ordered a personalised pen and case. I was contacted by the company to double check my order and told exactly when my order would be posted and when I could expect delivery. It came punctually and it's beautiful. Exactly what I wanted, a special gift for someone very special, on time with great customer service. I have had a few things over the years from this company and I'm always really pleased. I would recommend them over and over again!

Unfortunately I am another poor sucker who wishes they would have read the reviews first. They have taken payment but still no delivery of the item. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Scam site.

Do not reply to emails. Never on live chat. No contact phone number.

Edit: due to their reply... please note whoever reads this the Web chat they are referring to is closed again so not open between those hours. They don't respond to Facebook messages or the email form online so this is not true. Please do not give them your money.
