Easy website to useand good customer services. They have a good range of gifts and i was pleased with my order.

Really great gifts. They arrived today and i am thrilled with them. The engraving is perfect and they are very special gifts. Really pleased with them.

I ordered some crystal glasses and a vase and they arrived in great condition. The glasses looked perfect and the engraving made them very special.

When i looked at the crystal vase i just fell in love with it. The crystals and engraving really made it lovely and i am delighted with it.

I found the customer services friendly and helpful and will shop here again. I am really pleased i found these as all my gifts will be made special now. Thank you so much

Ordered 2 engraved gifts for a 30th birthday followed up immediately with an email stating I needed the gifts at the end of the week.

Having not heard back I presumed this was in order. Only 1 gift arrived. Phone doesn't get answered. Emails aren't answered.

I have now received an email suggesting I call the post office and contact neighbours to see if they have it!!!!!!

My son's 30th has come and gone and the item ordered was an integral part of the 'theme'. I am furious and urge you to go elsewhere for your engraved gift.

To The Engraved Gift bunch........'gift' is the clue in your name. People are ordering gifts for special occasions so you should therefore be a lot more proactive sorting out queries and problems as those special moments only come once in your clientele's lives.

I will be expecting a refund for the gift not received OR how about YOU phone Royal Mail to find out where it is???

Should have read the reviews before I ordered from this company. 2 weeks and still not received my item. Emailed company today to be told it was sent on the 5th November by 2nd class post. Needed it for this Saturday. Very disappointing. Don’t order from here

I ordered a personalised firestation for my grandson on the 16th of October and had a confirmation email from this company, then I heard nothing I have tried phoning them but you get a robot telling you that you can’t speak to anyone I left a message with my phone number , no one returned my call. Then last week I went on live chat and spoke to a lovely man called mark who told me that my parcel had been dispatched on the 22nd October I then asked for the tracking number and was told that there wasn’t one as my parcel was sent by standard Royal Mail . My item can’t be reordered as it is sold out and they are not going to stock this item again. I then asked for a refund and I was then told that I have to wait until next monday for a refund . So on Monday I will try to get a refund I am so annoyed I had had no communication from this company apart from when they took my money

I love my gifts the are so nice. I dont very often leave reviews but i am so impressed with my gifts. I spoke to a very polite lady on the phone who helped me. I ordered a range of wedding gifts and a christmas bauble. The gifts are great value and i will be back to shop again. Thank you to everyone at the engraved gifts company for helping me and making my gifts so special.

The majority of review for any company are negative as not many people think of taking the time to leave a positive one when they have nothing to complain about.

I would like to thank you for the good customer services. I needed to order an engraved gift for my mum and the lady i spoke to on the phone was most helpful and polite. I dont normally write reviews but i was so impressed with my gift and the service.

Still no sign of my gift. Have now contacted the engraved gifts company again but they have not responded. Would love to know who gave the positive comments below - a family member maybe?

I get concerned not when I see negative reviews but when negative reviews are not responded to.

Excellent website with great gifts, I found it easy to use and good value for money with my gifts personalised.

I ordered an engraved watch for a work colleague who left for a new job. This was meant to remember us by. I ordered it two weeks ago with a 2-3 working days despatch estimate and I still haven't received it. I have tried to contact customer services and although it states lines are open 9am-5pm and I rang at 1pm and 4pm,there was no answer but a robot telling me to leave a message which I did both times, I sent an e-mail via their website and even sent them a message on Facebook and had no answer to either. It's very strange as I have used them before, with no issues but I will not use them again. Today we had to say goodbye and good luck to our colleague without a present. I will be trying to get in touch once more, next week and then I will be complaining to the ombudsman about this and hopefully get my money back.

I ordered from these as they have a lot of nice items and their site was very easy to use. I wasn't disappointed with the service I received. They say the dispatch time is with in 3-5 days, well I received mine with in 3 days. I'm more than please with the quality of the goods. I will definitely be recommending and using them again.

I recently ordered 2 items here as gifts for my upcoming wedding, and requested the 1 day delivery option as it is very short notice. I was getting worried as I purchased the items in a rush and didn't check the reviews of the company first. Once I had seen the reviews I really panicked and made a few phonecalls to the company, who were always very helpful and polite and reassured me the items would arrive on time. Thankfully they arrived today all fine - no issue with packaging or damage or anything and I'm really happy with the items. Based on my experience I would recommend them and feel like this review is needed as it looks like they get a lot of stick on here, and my experience was completely fine!

I ordered some photo frames. The engraving was really nice and they made perfect gifts. I would shop here again.

Placed an order for my mums 60th, 3 weeks before required and from them saying 3-5 working days nothing turnt up. Sent emails where they told me that it been sent in the post and Royal Mail will deliver shortly. A week later still no parcel, emailed again and demanded a refund as this was unacceptable to be told to wait 15 days after dispatch before this could be done. Waited the 15 days still nothing, and now to be told to wait 30 days for my refund!! Which still hasn’t been received! A company quick to take money but not respond with sending the goods or fulfilling good customer service. Won’t be using again!

I wish I read the reviews of this company, if I had I probably would have avoided placing an order at the beginning of the month for my husband's very first Father's Day present. Words can not express how disappointed I am! Money was taken from my account at the speed of light after placing the order but the order has never arrived! Very disappointed! AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!!
