Do not order from fridgefilter shop they are scammers! Placed an order end of January still nothing end of March! The number is a no answer and the online chat well…. I got a brief message saying they will sort it out but no apology or explanation as to why I haven’t received my order and this was last week!

As per all previous reviews this company is an absolute scam. They should be shut down. Taking peoples money then not sending a filter! Do not use them.

This company is the most frustrating I have encountered to date. I was setup on a rolling 6-monthly order to receive a fridge filter. The past 3 I've had an issue with not being delivered. The first one, I emailed and got a new one sent straight away. The second took a bit more time, but I got it delivered. The third one, I was charged for it in October 2025, I left it a few weeks and it was never delivered. I emailed multiple times, no response. I called multiple times, no answer. By the time December came around, I was moving house so emailed a few times asking if it could be sent to a new address, still no response! I contacted my bank this year to request a refund as I still to date, have not received my fridge filter. They have given me a temporary refund whilst raising the query with the company. The bank have just contacted me saying the this company have challenged the refund....the cheek of it. I can't even cancel the rolling 6-monthly payment, I will have to do this through the bank! I would urge people not to use this company!!

Dreadful - -DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. ORDERED 3 Filters - eventually - -one arrived - sent many many emails and no response - -they are just taking peoples money and delivering nothing. DO NOT USE - -MANY REVIEWS saying the same below.

Awful experience. Ordered and paid for filter never arrived. No reply to my emails, managed to get through on phone ONCE and they said they would send another one - that one never came either. Still no replies to emails and now can’t get through on phone - answer machine won’t let you leave a message. Trying to get my money back through the bank now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I made a repeat order with the Fridge Filter Shop ordering exactly the same filters I had purchased before with no issues. When the filters arrived, they would not fit, and the connection detail was different. I contacted them but only got an automated response, when I finally did get a response they said they would sort it out but we are about 1 month later and it is still not resolved. I would not recommend this company.

Have been a customer for many years and received filters without any issues, that is until we have tried to contact the company about a return as we no longer require the type of filter received in the past due to a change of fridge. Apart from a reply to the first email the other 3 have gone unanswered. There never seems to be anyone to answer the telephone certainly not at the time during business hours we have tried. Have also asked for the company’s complaint procedures via the chat function and had no contact. Very poor, hopefully I have now successfully cancelled my subscription and won’t deal with them again!

An excellent service and delivered quickly. The advice I received was very helpful in ensuring the exact replacement. I will definitely continue to purchase from the Fridge Filter Shop.

Less than one star.

I placed my order on 29th January 2026. I emailed them on 8th Feb, 12th Feb and just now. No response and no sign of my filter which I paid £44.99.

I would strongly advise avoiding Fridge Filter Shop.
I placed an order for fridge filters over four months ago and have still not received them. After waiting patiently and attempting to resolve the issue, I requested a refund — which has also not been processed.
Communication has been extremely poor, and despite multiple attempts to get this sorted, there has been no satisfactory resolution.
Looking at other recent reviews, it appears I am not alone in experiencing these issues, which is very concerning.
I would recommend potential customers proceed with caution and consider purchasing elsewhere.

Clearly a scam! Ordered a filter and item was not delivered. I then emailed Customer Service who responded about a bad batch, and that I should expect delivery in a week - that was 2 weeks ago!

I have now asked for a full refund to be processed.

Needless to say, STEER CLEAR!

Really wished I had checked Trustpilot but had ordered a filter from this company last year which was fulfilled. Ordered a new filter over 3 weeks ago no contact on contact form no answer on telephone. Will contact bank for refund! Surely this is fraud, will look into taking this further to trading standards DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered a Samsung fridge filter in December - received it in February. I emailed several times to chase up and they had excuses, then when a refund was requested they stopped communicating. I am not convey that the filter is genuine and won’t be using it. Shocking service - avoid at all costs!

Ordered filter, never turned up. Tried to contact them, after no response I then informed my bank, who returned my money. I then got a snotty email from them saying the filter was sent by untracked Royal Mail and not there fault it didn't turn up. The next day I got a response to my emailing chasing the order from another person saying they were just despatching it. Seems they don't check what story they tell the customer! Avoid at all costs. I should have checked on here first.

Stay clear ! One star is too much. These scammers took two payments on a reduced cost subscription and have delivered nothing. Order shows as delivered with no proof of delivery info. Not answering phone calls and the chatbot says they will notify by email if you leave before they reply! Obviously a shady set up if not a complete scam. Now need to make sure PayPal don’t pay them again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Over 6 weeks for deliver, and still waiting. Poor communication and excuses. It’s not the first time either, so I guess it is my own fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt and using them again. If you can’t deliver a service, don’t offer it!

Ordered my fridge filter 6 weeks ago. Only received a load of waffle about supplier spotted defects. Not a single reply to my emails, no refund.

Zero Star is far more accurate for this company. Really wish I'd checked Trust Pilot before placing an order. Order an in stock filter that according to their site should arrive in 2 to 3 days but 5 weeks later the status still shows not despatched. They don't answer telephone and despite sending 3 emails I only received one reply which was clearly an automated response. Had to contact my Bank who stepped in and arranged a refund for me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. If in doubt after reading this then simply take a look at the other reviews for this company. Shocking that no-one has stepped in and closed them down!!

It is a scam. I ordered some filters and they claimed there was a supply issue - a bad batch stuck in a warehouse. Weeks later I asked where my order was and got exactly the same email again. Avoid this company at all costs.
