I usually use a different vendor each year, but this year I thought I’d give this vendor a try since the photos and variety of gifts seemed really nice and to my taste. Very pleased to see that everything was very nice mashaAllah. Just as advertised! Will certainly use your services from now on inshaAllah. Eid Mubarak!

I have purchased three items over the last year from Giftex. They are extremely organized and timely. They also handle delivery issues on the spot and make sure to rectify any problems swiftly. Highly recommended.

Stunning presentation! It’s a literal 'bouquet of wealth.' If you’re looking for a gift that has that instant 'Wow' factor, look no further. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

They provide best service and delivered all the things on time. Quality is awesome also.i will order again from you guys.

Very disappointing experience with Giftex.
I placed a customised birthday cake order on 10th February for delivery on 16th February after confirming availability. I paid Rs 15,100 for a premium acrylic display box setup as shown on their website. However, what was delivered looked completely different. Instead of placing the cake directly inside the transparent display box as advertised, the cake was left inside its original cardboard bakery box and that entire box was placed inside the acrylic case. It looked unfinished and unprofessional. The flowers shown in the product image were also missing.
I also arranged and paid Rs 11,500 for a Junaid Jamshed perfume gift set that was supposed to be delivered along with the cake. The morning after delivery, I was informed that the perfume was out of stock. If the item was confirmed and paid for days earlier, it should have been secured immediately. This caused unnecessary stress on an important occasion.
Since the birthday was already taking place, I had no choice but to select another gift. Even though the replacement was priced lower, I was asked to pay an additional Rs 2,000 to maintain their profit margin. Given that this issue arose from their own mismanagement and delayed communication, this was extremely disappointing.
When charging premium prices, customers expect professionalism, coordination and reliability. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations.

Beautiful and well decorated, very good service . Price is high keeping in view the material and items. It should be within 4 to 6 thousands maximum

Timely delivery, fresh and nicely packed package. Reciever was super happy, which says everything.

I got to know about you guys literally at the eleventh hour and i was super worried that something will go wrong but you guys delivered beyond my expectations. My ami was so happy to receive such beautiful flowers and cake.I am so happy that i found someone reliable to send something to my mother

Loved the experience. It was my first time ordering from them & they didn’t disappoint at all. It was beautifully packed & delivered on time. Will be ordering in the future as well InshaAllah.

They provide an excellent service. Their presentation and decoration are very pleasing, and they consistently deliver on time. They offer a wide selection of affordable gift bundles, and they are quite accommodating with customization requests. It is even possible to convert a birthday bundle into a different type of gift.

They doing good, i order fruit basket and it come so beautiful also they respon so fast and help me with all my questions

This company is so good and they responded me on right time and remained in touch with me. Thankyou Giftex. I will surely order from here next time as well.

I recently used this gift service to send flowers, chocolates, and a cake to my wife overseas from New York, and I couldn’t be happier! Despite it being a last-minute order, everything arrived fresh and beautiful, and my wife absolutely loved it. At a reasonable price. The communication was excellent, keeping me updated every step of the way. Highly recommend Giftex for their quality and reliability—I’ll definitely be a returning customer inshAllah

Found this page randomly, they have much better prices than other websites. Service is top notch. Plenty of products to chose from. Everything is 10/10. Would absolutely use this website again.
