The worst service possible
This service does not reply nor seek to resolve issues. They do not communicate outside of automated replies especially when the platform has errors and they take money without response until the time has surpassed to recharge. Appalling in every sense. No receipts nor working direct number. The contacts in the resource themselves are not updated. We will be sharing this with industry and legal couterparts.

Please could you let me know who you have emailed, or where these emails were sent to. I have also searched on zen desk where tickets are raised and cannot find tickets linked to this email, again please can you let me know how you communicated any issues.
I do believe in this instance the review rating is not a reflection on our product or a genuine reflection of our service so we are very disappointed to see we have let you down, we are keen to rectify this in any way we can.
