Our team have explained to you that we had to put you into the "anti-fraud" section whilst we investigated your order(s). We explained that you had breached the limits for orders and to continue, you needed to provide KYC documentation. We are still awaiting this. We are governed under e-money regulations.
We also now believe that you are also "Stefan" in the other review posted on the same day on TrustPilot.
So you are making multiple orders under different names and email addresss. This makes us highly suspicious about your motives.
We have no issue making a refund. But this be be to the card that the payment was made from. Please get back in touch with customer services Stefan/Dieter.
