I had my Rolex Daytona serviced for the first time in 30+ years. Hassle free, fantastic service from pick to delivery back to my home. The watch has come back like new. Far better than using Rolex (who I have used previously for other watches) who insist on changing parts for no reason. Would highly recommend. Many thanks to the team at LWC. I will use them again.

I arranged to visit to view a GMT Master II “Zombie” and was given a 12pm appointment. I turned up and was warmly greeted by Kaif who made me feel very welcome and made me a very nice cup of Coffee. Then the moment arrived where I got to see my prospective purchase and I instantly knew as soon as Kaif opened the box and I tried the watch on that it was going to be mine 😃 He showed me how to set the watch etc and couldn’t have been anymore professional if he tried. Another cup of Coffee later and the deal was done.

If anyone is looking for a Rolex then give these guys a call/email,they are fantastic to deal with and no pressure to purchase whatsoever when in boutique. I won’t hesitate to use them again should I ever desire to purchase another timepiece. Their knowledge is second to none and a much more relaxing environment than any AD I’ve ever visited. Having returned home a few days ago from visiting LWC, i just wanted to say how grateful i am to you all for the amazing experience. Having been in contact with Kaif to source a couple of watches, i was kept up to speed with progress and didn't have to wait too long. The communication was faultless and i was never felt like i was being a nuisance with my questions. Going to the boutique and meeting Charlie, Kaif and the team was an experience i will talk about for a very long time to come, far more personal and friendly that you would get at a AD. Awful experience

Purchased a luxury watch stand and tray. The fitting to the tray- the screw hole is too big so required a washer to keep it in place. And even more disappointing is the fitting you screw the watch stand cushion into was not aligned correctly so the cushion is no where near flat. And looks awful compared to the images on the website. I contacted them immediately in January 2026 and have email them several times since, had an initial reply to say it would be looked into. Nothing since despite as for this to be resolved. Now April 2026 and still no contact and no resolution.

Thank you Charlie, Josh and the LWC Team! I travelled 4800 miles to retrieve my purchases. It was such a treat getting to meet the whole LWC Team and experience the special place. I was treated like family, shown the Boutique and toured the facility. So much fun and such a special place.
Like i told Kaif at the end of the visit, i was more excited about meeting everyone than my purchases. Dream come true after a year since my first purchase. If possible, i will be picking up my watches from LWC rather than having them shipped. Of course, the watches that i purchased were immaculate as usual! What a day that was!

I have just completed the purchase of my Daytona Oysterflex 18-carat white gold watch, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Having had several bad experiences with ‘grey market’ dealers, it was so refreshing to do business with a company whose actions and words actually aligned. The watch I purchased was exactly as described, full set with swing tags, box and papers and even the original purchase receipt. Really relaxed and friendly vibe in the store, which is set in a lovely estate. Great setting, great lads and great service. If you want to buy a nice watch, that actually exists, and will be 100% as described, give these boys a try. Will definitely do business again 👍

Well what can I say So after watching a lot off there videos online I was some what taking in by this company , what they stand for there honesty , integrity, the way they are with there customers what not is too admire ! Loan be hold I happend too win a watch on rev comps ( brand new rolex 2026 gmt master 2 ) all brand new in box how I received it from AD ! I thought great a may even get too meet Charlie himself after becoming a fan over the months ! So I send in pitcures off my watch for valuation and too see if they are interested , at first responce they kinda did , but they asked i had the white tag with the watch ! I explained too them it didn’t but let me ask the dealer where it came from ! I did this and the AD stated they are instructed to remove them from sale supposedly but the fact I have all the main documents this woundt effect it’s sale anyway ! I forwarded this email over too them , and there responce was as sharp as an axe hitting wood ! Due too us having this in stock and not a complete set it woundt be for us ! ( so why didn’t you just say that in the first place ) and how is it a main dealer is willing too buy the watch back off me yet yous aren’t that too me makes no sense but go figure . I wasn’t bothered really about selling the watch but too become a fan off this company it felt like abit off a blow and a blunt and formal second email I received . Will just trade in this watch back AJ time pieces for a Daytona with money towards which is what I was hopefully gonna do here and meet the crew . One white piece plastic changed all that guess it wasn’t meant too be ! AJ time pieces Cotwald or Mayfair here I come !!!

I’ve just collected my submariner from The LWC Boutique. What a fantastic experience from start to finish.Would highly recommend them. Having followed their YouTube channel I already knew what to expect from Charlie and the guys and they didn’t disappoint.Dealt with Kaif who was amazing and really knows his stuff .Would highly recommend LWC ,will look forward to seeing them in the future.
