Overall happy with the level 3 survey carried out. Detailed description & photos highlighting areas needing attention.
It’s a pity we had to wait a month before the survey could be carried out and then waited upto a week for the results to come back to us.

The survey was conducted efficency and the report was complete within 2 and a half days after the survey was conducted.

The level 2 survey was to be as expected a lot of ifs, buts and maybes saying that a survey is needed when buying a home…. The portal is very slow to be updated and the information is sent a lot quicker by email so the portal is really not needed.

Great to work with everything went brilliant, nice touch the surveyor phone me in person to make sure I understood everything.

100 pages of report and photos, very detailed and informative and sent only 1 working day after the survey was completed! Followed up with calls before and after the report. Very knowledgeable, super friendly, helpful and professional. I will use next time for sure.

The surveyor Jamie completed a level 2 survey for me and by the end of that day I had a copy of the report, it was extremely through and was written so that I was able to understand it. I did have a few concerns with a couple of issues that came up so spoke to Jamie and he explained and put my mind at ease and said if I needed to speak to him again I was more than welcome to ring him. I highly recommend using this company if you are buying a property.

Moving Portal put me in touch with a surveyor immediately, had a level 2 report done, 82 pages of report arrived in my inbox, a little bit shocked but once I read it and put it into perspective I managed to breathe again. We had a level 2 survey performed by Liz, who was brilliant. Liz called us once the survey was complete, informed us when the report would be ready and also gave us a summary over the phone. Liz then called us a week later as promised to follow up and see if we had any questions. Would fully recommend! Service was great from the first call.

Great experience with The Moving Portal. We had a Level 2 survey (survey only, no valuation). From start to finish, we were well informed and were invited to ask questions if needed. The Portal itself is super easy to use, and kept us updated once our payment was received, the viewing booked and the results available. Very stress free and informative all round. Would recommend!

Excellent service we had booked a survey and paid online easy we recieved a date it was about 1 month after booking only to recieve the survey results less than 2 weeks later very prompt all communications quick and easy to understand
