The Rare Whisky Shop Bewertungen

L'accueil fût chaleureux et les personnes présentes sont d une gentillesse incroyable.
Je ne regrette pas mon passage et par la même occasion le wisky est excellent.

The team at Rare Whisky was incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to guide a relative novice to whiskies that would suit my palate. The result was my receiving the best whisky experience of my life! Fantastic customer service and outstanding whiskies.

They charged me over 300 dollars for overnight shipping but they failed to ship it in a manner that got it to me in time, let alone over night.

Happy Customer

Easy to use website, fast and efficient delivery.

Excellent purchase and the item was delivered quickly and very well packaged.

Order arrived quickly. I had an issue with the seal on one bottle, it was dealt with quickly without any issue. Good to know if something happens it is resolved without any hassle.

Very helpful customer service and goods arrived quickly and well packaged. Would recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Quick response,no hastle, turned up when it said.👍

Very good, very fast, very efficient.
Thank you.

My order arrived quickly and well packaged.

Great service and products, timely delivery too!

I have absolutely no complaints with the price of the product let alone packaging; to be frank I was very impressed/pleased with it.

My only complaint/issue was the length from purchase to receiving. In my case it took exactly three weeks. Granted when I followed up with staff they were respectful let alone understanding of matter.

Would I purchase from them again? Absolutely! Just not if I'm in a time crunch.

Buying special whiskies for either drinking or investment requires trusted sources. The Rare Whisky Shop is one of those that justify the 5 stars I have awarded to the team.

Excellent customer service and shipping of bottles. Definitely use again.

Placed order. It was later cancelled because out of stock. Very disappointing.

As stated, the shop offered the best price on the Internet and in fact was cheaper than some recent auction prices when you take into account the "buyers premium".

Great communication from start to finish. The item was well packaged and delivered promptly even though I chose the standard service, also having the opportunity to insure the package at a reasonable cost was a bonus.

An easy and rewarding purchase throughout.
