The STI Clinic Bewertungen

Friendly website, with full and proper information, easy to order the proper test, prompt delivery of the test kit and result in a couple of days. Will recommend to use this STI clinic.

The service was quick, efficient and easy to use.

Brilliant company. Quick and professional. I forgot to put time and date on sample. So emailed them and Lisa emailed me back to say don’t worry they will do it for me when arrives. Very discreet too. Would highly recommend if any one needs peace of mind.

The team was really helpful when I ordered the wrong test, they exchanged it free of charge (I had to pay for the postage back, but no other fee). That was great. The test itself was quite gruelling (blood test) and it was neigh impossible to get the required amount of blood. The test still worked even with a bit less blood though. So all good. Very positive experience over all.

Excellent fast service. I was able to get quick diagnosis and treat prior to holiday.

Excellent customer service - helpful, quick response, informative ect.

Good result turnaround time.

Quick dispatch time.

Prompt and useful results, really appreciate the customer service.

Very reliable and very quick response of the results- highly recommended!

It was easy to order the tests and they arrived quickly. It’s easy to do the test at home, everything is clearly explained in the instructions. fairly fast results.

Easy to follow instructions included in the box posted through the door, includes free return post bag, got results within a few days, simply laid out and easy to understand, a link to an online pharmacy will also be provided if treatment is needed

I will be recommending the STI Clinic to others. Customer service were very helpful and friendly. Test arrived quick and was easy to collect sample and send back. Results came back quick very happy with the service I received.

Fast delivery and result. Great communication over the phone and via email. Using reputable lab. Would recommend.

Fast delivery and results within specified timeframe

Very easy to navigate the service and when there's issue with the results I received prompt and helpful reply. Many thanks and highly recommend!

Very quick delivery and turnaround time, plus transparent info about what each test includes

I found them to be a great service. Fast delivery and when receiving the tests had easy to use instructions. I also received the results in a timely manner. I 'll definitely use them again if needed.

I messed up the first time and forgot to include my documentation, so my sample was destroyed. When I followed up a new kit was sent immediately at no cost and without question (and with precompleted documentation).

The recovery from my mistake couldn't have been handled better

A professional, prompt and discreet service. Quick turnaround for delivery of kit and of results. Peace of mind knowing any positive results can be dealt with accordingly. Would recommend to others guaranteed.
