Be careful
I have used this company twice. The first experience was 10 years ago for a stone floor for a kitchen and everything went smoothly. After building a further new room onto my house it seemed logical to re-use them to match the floor already there.
Unfortunately the second time not gone so well. After ordering the tiles to match original size we have found that those delivered are not the same specification. The flooring in the new room laid to take a 15mm tile as per ordered but 12mm delivered. A small difference that will cost minimum of £125 to raise the floor level by 3mm. I believe I have patiently given the company the chance to source the correct tiles and when they were unable to requested them to make an effort to reduce their price to go towards covering my increased cost to raise the floor.....response has been a no. (having found correct spec tiles 33% cheaper but with 8 week delay)
So when all is well this company is OK, but if things go wrong, not so much the case. Shop around and be careful.
