Awful site does not like paying or giving bonus never go on again !!!!

Sun Vegas is a really poor site compared to other online casinos — it simply doesn’t compete. From my experience, it feels like the algorithm is heavily stacked against the player.
I tested it side by side with well-known online casinos over a two-day period, matching spins for spins. Sun Vegas consistently came out worse — offering fewer jackpots, and when jackpots did hit, they were noticeably lower than elsewhere.
The deposit system is also very poor. Transactions are slow, often time out, and money can take far too long to appear in your account. It feels like funds get stuck somewhere between your bank and the casino, which is incredibly frustrating.
I also tested the customer service via live chat, and that was just as disappointing — slow, unhelpful, and not fit for purpose.
Finally, closing your account is far more difficult than it should be. You have to request it through live chat, explain why you’re leaving, and practically beg for it to be closed. This feels completely wrong — you should be able to close your account easily at any time without jumping through hoops.
Overall, this is a complete waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend Sun Vegas to anyone.

Amount of games to play - 9/10. So many choices.
Win/loss ratio - I know gambling sites are only there for their benefit to take your money and I've played on a lot. But this one has the worst chance of winning. During the 100 free spins, I got about 10 free spins. But after betting up to £5 a go, it's like free spins packed their bags for Mars.
Withdrawal time - 9/10. Took 23 hours for approval, 1 hour for bank to put it in my account. I did win quiet big and these reviews did scare me about not getting their winnings, but the approval surprised me.
Overall, I have played on better sites. This is isn't entirely bad.
