I had a good experience

I had a great experience here in watch lab. I had my leather strap watch adjusted. While I was waiting for my bill, I was surprised when the man in charge said it was for free. He is very nice and accomodating. Thank you so much👍

LONGINES SERVICE

Took my Longines in for a new battery, was told the watch needed serviced. Paid £275 for a service, the watch didn't work when I got it back because the hands hadn't been correctly attached. Sent the watch back to have this rectified and once returned condensation got into my watch. Took it back to the Trafford Centre and explained I wasn't happy it wasn't properly sealed as I never expose the watch to water. Got my watch back, and it has stopped working. This is a £2k watch and The Watch Lab say I am responsible as I got water into the watch...they simply didn't seal it correctly as would never expose such an expensive watch to water.
DO NOT TAKE EXPENSIVE WATCHES HERE.
Very expensive mistake taking my watch here...customer satisfaction is of no interest to this company..they don't care my Longines no longer works.
Having dealt with both head office and a regional manager i have no satisfaction.

Disapointed with the watch service

Had a bad experience with a watch valued at £750 vostok europe energia for service. Dropped there and wait around 1 month. When go back to collect the watch didnt work properly (the minute indicator was moving randomly) and when tryed to adjust didnt move properly. I return back to the lady there and I make a complaint, she was very professional and courteous explaining that could be a quality control issue.

I know people tend to do mistakes but for such a expensive masterpiece was causing a bit of stress and disapointment. She was the best kind person to fix this and will be sent back for rectification/fixing. Also noticed the calendar numbers they return back with the watch wasn't matching because my watch got white numbers on black colour and the spare replaced part was white with black numbers. I would advise people with expensive watches to not go with them search a professional watch specialist. Now need wait again till they fix it back. Location watchlab Colchester

A special moment!

I don’t really know where to begin. Words don’t it justice how good of a service I received earlier from the tall chap with the glasses (didn’t catch his name).

I sadly lost my father the other night after a lengthy battle with multiple illnesses. The watch belonged to him. He’d had it since 2012 when it was released and he never took it off except for one time in hospital some years ago (boy was that a struggle). He loved the watch. At the time of its release, it wasn’t the dearest or the most flashy, but it was the one he liked.

I’m getting married next month, and whilst I am devastated that he won’t be there to witness the occasion, I immediately thought that wearing his watch would be a fitting tribute to him.

The trouble was that the watch was extremely dirty. I didn’t take any photos as it really wasn’t pleasant to look at, and I was skeptical that after my dad had been ill for so long that perhaps there were stains on the watch that might never come off.

But the chap working has truly worked some magic and made it sparkle like you wouldn’t believe. The photo’s really don’t do it justice. After it was all done, I had the most pleasant moment with the chap working as he showed me the watch. It was the first time in many years I had seen it that clean. He gave me his condolences and just genuinely made the moment as special as it was. I’m gutted I didn’t catch his name, but thank you so much.

Today, I went to pick up my watch from the Kingston upon Thames branch (1365) with order number W13650121AB. Unfortunately, I encountered the rudest and most difficult customer service representative I have ever met. The Watch Lab should consider hiring more courteous staff or at least provide training on effective customer interaction. The representative claimed his name was Sebastian.

Can’t recommend enough

Can’t recommend enough! Amazing service from Sarah today. Watch links taken out, set time and date and let my son know how to use all the watch functions. So kind and very friendly to boot. Oh and no charge! Thank you so much!

Zero rating do not use

Lost my jewellery item that had been sent for repair and it has been mislaid..... zero customer sercice no apology just fobbed off at every turn. Do not ever ever ever use this service no one can or wants to provide me with tracking details.

I visited Daniel’s store in Windsor…

I visited Daniel’s store in Windsor today and was so pleased with the service l received. A band had broken on my ice watch and the assistant was able to find me a substitute replacement, which fitted a treat. He was most helpful and it was much appreciated.

Wow! Such fabulous service at Windsor

I just visited the Windsor branch and asas so very impressed. Paul, the branch manager served me to have a couple of links taken out of a bracelet. He dropped everything to do my job next while I waited and in 2 minutes packaged my spare links up for me and I was good to go saying my job was complimentary. How good is that!
Friendly, helpful and efficient service. What more can one ask for.
The next time I need jewellery repair or a new watch bracelet this will be my first choice.

Stay clear

Took a watch to get a new capacitor, ( indicated by the second hand moving in 2 seconds jumps) 8 weeks later they tell me the mechanism is broken and would be £350 to repair. Watch retuned not repaired at my request. Now the second hand is not moving at all. They took a £25 deposit and returned a broken watch that is now going in the bin. Absolutely disgusting would give minus points if I could

Fabulous service

Visited the Watchlab in Bluewater on the recommendation of the Tag Hauer shop. The spring link on my Tag was faulty. The guy at the watchlab repaired my strap in minutes and didn’t even charge me!!! Fantastic service, not over charging because of the make of watch.
