My questions were answered by Nicola even though more clarification from myself was needed. A speedy reply on both occasions too, which helped as was a little confused.

Just cannot get rid of them. I am taking holidays of up to six months at a time and if I miss the date for renewal. Bang! There they are again. To cap it all it’s now going to the wrong blooming house. I have emailed, face book messaged etc but am told you must phone. Phone and you get hard sell and extended holiday which means you forget about them and bang they’re back again. I note DMs on Twitter are disabled so you cannot get to them that way. I wish to God I’d never started them. I do think the delivery now going to the wrong bloody house just takes the biscuit absolutely. How this has never hit mainstream media is beyond me. Every fibre of my being is screaming just go away. See from my online form that I’ve not actually requested a delivery for over 2 years. And link that with messages and emails and bloody take the hint. 2 years of this Chinese Warfare. It is quite frankly shady to stick to a we need a phone call in this day and age when so much of the world accepts digital forms of communication. Utterly archaic and deliberately so.
