We had been receiving deliveries from Thomson for quite a couple of years with no issue whatsoever. However, due to rising costs and dietary requirement changes we decided to cancel. It took repeated phonecalls for me to actually get someone to process this. I would be told I would get calls back and never did. So, today I was finally able to. Having read other reviews about problems with cancellations I requested a confirmation email after I paid the outstanding balance but was told no, the phone call was recorded that was enough. I have taken a screenshot of when I made the call just in case particularly as after the call I realised my name/address/customer number was never asked for only my postcode...feels a tad unprofessional and not sure I trust the system. Overall, Thomson seem very nice when you're getting deliveries but after my experience today I would not return as a customer in the future.

I phoned Nicola to amend my order. Friendly and efficient response. On all occasions zi have contacted the Aberdeen depot my query or request has been dealt with in the same pleasant manner.

Our milk delivery was made as usual despite a very heavy overnight snowfall. Brilliant!!

My request was dealt with in a timely manner by a friendly member of staff.

I only have 1 pint of skimmed milk delivered per wk, on time & it never waivers, if I go on holidays I call the office & its stopped till I return. I can order other items if I wished. A great service, well done. I appreciate you all.
