Great service from Iain who gave me a superb service than what I was expecting. I got extra because Iain attention to detail and empathetic listening. I had 3 contracts and I was paying a lot of money, My broadband was not working properly, he changed it for me with fast broadband 5G. He was customer friendly, enthusiastic, maintained high level of positivity as he served me and also explained about what Three is offering customers.The superb service i received today was what I call customer centric. I am so happy that my loyalty with Three paid up today. I can recommend all customers looking for mobile services and internet to come to Three, say to Iain. Great thanks Three.
