Gary sorted it out in 2 minutes wish I hadn't bothered to ring and just go to these 2 . They are absolutely fantastic and you should be proud they work for you

Very good customer services

5* customer service!
Walked in to the Pontypridd store today, very apprehensive as I’ve not had the best experiences in the past but I was so pleasantly surprised by the service provided by Matthew in particular but also Tom.
Matthew made me feel instantly at ease, explained everything in a way I could understand with zero judgement and without being patronising.
Both him and Tom couldn’t do enough to help with my issue, they were kind and gave me all the time necessary without making me feel rushed.
Thank you both so so much for your help and advice today. It was greatly appreciated!!
