Guys in store were helpful with a problem i had much better than three in London when I went there

So so helpful
We were in a terrible predicament back in mid January, the Manager and his assistant in the Scarborough branch went above and beyond to help us walk away with 2 new phones (£150.00 on each phone too via Samsung pay) we were not made to feel useless (2 older generations with technophobia haha) 10/10 from us
