Called in to Wigan store to buy a sim and got great deals for new sims and 2 older sims saving me money very good customer service from Harry.

We have just been into the Three shop…
We have just been into the Three shop in Wigan and was met by Laura. We had a phone that was infected by some malware or virus that changed the way the phone worked and was missing some things like the message app. Constant ads popping up saying we had multiple viruses.
Laura told us not to worry and she would fix it for us. She sat us gown and started to work on the phone and after 10 mins or so handed it back for us to take a look. It was absolutely perfect.
Laura was friendly and polite and obviously knows he’s stuff.
I’m sure she saved us an expensive bill and longer wait at a phone repair shop.
I’m so happy to not only recommend the Three network, but also the Three shop in the Grand Arcade. Laura is a credit to Three….thank you!
