I’m glad 3 still has stores where you can get helpful in-store advice, especially since phone support can sometimes be confusing or tell you the wrong info. Today, I called the store to ask about a SIM replacement and was told I could just come in for an instant swap. When I came into the store I was greeted by Blessings, she was absolutely wonderful and solved my issue in just minutes, with a warm smile and lots of helpful information. Thank you so much for your excellent service today!

Switched from O2 to Three
Wasim very kindly switched me from O2 (where I paid £9.40 pcm for 6gb data) to Three bundle deal (£29 pcm for unlimited data and broadband). Demonstrated how the router is supposed to be launched and added the WiFi network in readiness for its activation next week. I was very pleased with his customer service experience.

Really really happy with Blessing in this store. She is wonderful, she did what nobody was able to help me with. I never received my delivery and She assisted me with calling the customer service, I came back another day to complete it and she was very helpful. I am very happy with her, her service is excellent and I hope every staff is like her. Ohh she make me so so happy.

Great service
Great service. Needed to upgrade my phone and Atharva was very helpful and patient, everything transferred perfectly and he made sure I was happy with the new phone setup - and as he promised it was exactly the same as my old phone so no need to download apps again. The whole experience was painless and pleasant!

just want to say massive thank you to Hamid in the Wood Green store. I desperately needed to get a sim replacement to log into my phone for online banking for Christmas. Because I have a double barrelled surnaame I had just included the second half and I couldn't access my email unless it was on my laptop at home. he told me to get it and come back and he would help. He then spoke to customer services on the phone who told me it would take 3-5 days if they did it. he did it in store in 30 minutes, all in all it took about 1 hour trying to fix my problem and instead of him telling me to call customer services and he can't help right now he went above and beyond so massive thanks to him.
