I bought tickets for Edinburgh Castle and was nervous because it was sold out on the official site. I ordered one child ticket but after they told me that was unavailable so I had to go with two adult tickets. But most importantly the tickets were available and real. Thanks!

Good customer service

Scam company. Avoid. I booked and paid for an attraction ticket. Within two minutes I received two separate emails - the first acknowledging the order, the second advising my order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund. I'm still waiting and any attempts to contact the company are being ignored.

Ticketex effectively stole my money. I purchased 4 Empire State building tickets and I didn't receive them until well after the door entrance time. I got an email receipt but no tickets. Empire State Building had no record of me having tickets so I purchased them again directly from Empire State Building. I understand things happen, but TicketEx refused to refund my money and refused to respond to my requests.

I booked RiseNY tickets from Thai website. They were very helpful and quick in booking process. Andrew from the Helpdesk/customer service team was prompt in resolving the concerns of any during the booking process.

I purchased attraction tickets from TicketEx at a discounted price. Shortly afterwards, I was informed that my booking had been cancelled because the attraction would not accept the advertised price.
Although I received a refund, I still lost more than $11. This is a significant amount. I have made similar overseas purchases before, and the bank fees have typically been around $3, so the loss in this case was much higher. I can't help but wonder whether TicketEx benefits financially when customer bookings are cancelled.
I contacted TicketEx twice by email and also used their online chat to ask for assistance, but I received no response.
What concerned me most was that the same discounted tickets continued to be advertised on their website for weeks after my order was cancelled, and they were still available for purchase. Based on my experience, it appears that TicketEx continues to advertise discounted tickets that are not actually available, which may encourage customers to make purchases that cannot be fulfilled.
Overall, I am disappointed with the lack of communication, the cancellation of my order, and the financial loss I incurred.

What a scam / waste of time. They should be delisted.

Didn’t realise I needed to book tickets for the colosseum. Couldn’t find tickets anywhere for the date my cruise is going to Rome. Sold out everywhere. Took a gamble on the website and it paid off. Managed to get tickets at a good price

I would say I was a decent experience I was scared at first coz the site didn't look legitimate but still I urgently needed some tickets for Anne Frank House which was sold out everywhere else except TicketEx, so I had to try my luck and Thanks to TicketEx that I still managed to visit the Museum in a decent amount.

I booked a ticket for universal studios in Singapore. I had a great experience with them and got the best price. Totally worth it👌👌

I have Booked TeamLab Borderless with TicketEx. The experience with ticketex is best they provide the last minute entry tickets with very ease with the best prices

What a great company. Managed to secure us some tickets for the sold out Anne Frank house for the date we were visiting. The tickets were emailed 10 days before the visit. This is NOT a scam website.

It's a shame you can't give zero stars to this site, which is a pure scam. They claim to sell tickets for the Ghibli Museum in Tokyo (taking a more than comfortable margin in the process), confirm the purchase... But once the transaction is done and confirmed by email, no ticket is ever received.
No proper contact. A vague WhatsApp exchange with an anonymous representative who unilaterally cancels the booking.
Worthless service. An absolute scam. Avoid at all costs! Waiting for refund.
