I want to sincerely thank the Ticket Fairy support team for their outstanding assistance. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive, kind, and professional in helping me arrange accessible seating for my brother, who is a wheelchair user, at the CS2 Major in Budapest.

My experience was an absolute disaster. The concert was canceled, and since then, it's been a nightmare trying to get a refund. The ticket company seems to know very well how to take your money, but not how to give it back. All I’ve received are empty promises, delays, and excuses — but no refund. At this point, I’m starting to wonder if this is just a scam. Avoid them if you value your time and money.

I bought 3days pass but I changed my mind to get 4 days pass. I emailed them if I can change. They replied very quickly and gave me the instruction what to do. And they proceeded the refunds quickly too. I'm so pleased and impressed about your quick response and the actions. Excellent service!

I have purchased two tickets by mistake for a CS Major (first purchase came back as an error but the payment went through nevertheless so I ended up with two tickets instead of the one that I intended to purchase). Despite they have no refunds on their website, customer service understood my situation and proceeded to cancel the additional ticket and issued a refund. The whole process took less than 24 hours.
