Couldn’t offer me a refund for juicy fest! Would not even answer my emails!!

Bought tickets through them for the Timeless Summer tours- they are taking no blame for the ticket fiasko .

Appalling, if you make a payment to this company, assume it is a donation as it is unlikely you will ever get a ticket to an event that proceeds and you will have a zero chance of a refund. Say goodbye to you money. Name change to Ticket Goblin required.

Do not buy tickets from them they will not refund money shame shame on them

I have booked with these guys in the past no problem at all and will book again just an unfair time they are having with the juicy feast liquidation .really not ticket fairys fault

Scammed NZ ticket holders over million of dollars. Shame on you TicketFairy

Do not trust this company with your hard earned money. Should hold ticket money in a trust fund but failed to do so leading to thousands of customers losing out on refunds for cancelled events

BE WARNED TICKEY FAIRY ARE NOW TRYING TO ERASE ALL BAD REVIEWS AND FLAG THEM FOR DEFAMATION DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER, SEE MY FLAGGED REVIEW BELOW...Paid Ticket Fairy over $450 for tickets to Timeless Summer Concert. Money was released to the promoter and then went bust. Money should been held in trust , Tickey Fiary has washed their hands of the situation and no provision for refunds. Learnt the hard way to no longer support local events . Will never every use or suggest Ticket Fairy again .

Thought my money was safe and would be refunded if the event didn't go ahead as it would be held in trust and not released to the event organizers in advance. But it wasn't. They cancelled the event (Timeless Summer Tour) and no refund was issued. It was handed over to the organizers and now it will probably be spent on expensive voluntary liquidation fees and never returned. it puts me off ever buying tickets again

I will NEVER EVER AGAIN buy any concert tickets associated with ticket fairy. After purchasing my tickets then the concert being canceled ticket fairy held no responsibility for it yet they were quick to take the money. Next time a concert pops up if ticketfairy is apart of it I won't be purchasing simple.

Still trying to get my refund back like many others that booked tickets for Timeless Summer Tour

I won't use ticket fairy again. I brought 4 tickets to Timeless concert christchurch. This event didn't go ahead. We were mislead with postponement announcements and needing more time and no refund options. Timeless has now gone into liquidation and we have been advised ticket fairy doesn't hold the funds, it is a ticketing outlet only.

We're absolutely NO help during the refund process for the NZ canceled Juicy Fest! Told us to be patient, a refund is coming, then hello, Juicy Fest NZ are in Liquidation. Shady af processes, helped Juicy Fest NZ be shady af as well!

I have given 1 star as there wasn't an option for less. Among the thousands of now non-attendees for Timeless Summer concerts I realise ticket fairy are only the ticketing agency and not the promoter -- but - surely they should have criteria for the promoters they represent to ensure they have the necessary financial ability to pull these events together. TF's rep will be affected from fallout and also sales for forward events booked through here. Can't believe they don't hold the ticket money in trust as other agencies do to safeguard purchasers. I know you couldn't have predicted this but it may be time you reviewed your processes TF.

They run away when it all goes pear shaped and the event gets canceled, happy to take your money though then blame others. 👎👎👎👎
