Avoid Ticketline – Unfair Refund PolicyI am extremely disappointed with my experience using Ticketline. We purchased tickets for an event at the Bath Forum which was unfortunately cancelled. While we did receive a refund for the tickets, Ticketline refused to refund the booking fee.It is completely unacceptable to be out of pocket for an event that never even took place. Taking a "service fee" for a service that ultimately failed to deliver the event is greedy and poor business practice. I will never use Ticketline again and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you want your money protected.

Excellent customer support.

Needed a change as I made an error when booking. Chloe responded within minutes and fixed the issue straight away.

No ticket and no refund

I have purchased a ticket for a concert in August last year and chose a postal ticket.
The ticket never arrived. I was not notified that it had been sent. On the day of the concert the ticket wasn’t there.
I understand that the terms state they you should be checking yourself and contacting the company if they don’t arrive. However, it would be very helpful if there was at least a notification that the tickets were sent. It would provide a bit of a good client service.
I have contacted them and the response time was good, however, they have refused any refunds. This just shows how little they care for their clients. Needless to say I will not be ordering tickets from them ever again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Dreadful, absolutely dreadful.

I have been waiting since 2nd December 2025 to have my money refunded when I purchased £250 worth of tickets.
The payment of £50.00 was taken for a ticket to HitchHikers Guide in London.
I have written to the CEO (no response!).
I have been (eventually, after writing a review on here) given a person who is dealing with this. I have proof that I have paid for the ticket. Within half an hour of booking the ticket and not receiving an email with the tickets, I have emailed to ask for a copy of the email or tickets. I have emailed no less than 53 times to try to sort this out, but still no avail. I have provided all the information but have been told I was emailed the tickets. If that was the case then I do wonder why it was not a case of resending the email with the tickets on?
To add to this, I purchased on the same day, two tickets to see Witness For The Prosecution, also in London. The email for his DID come through but the barcode for the tickets was oblique with the words ' the barcode will not be revealed until 24-hours before the show. This was disconcerting and stressful because we had to find our way from the West Country to London and back in advance.
I checked the website 24-hours before but it was 'down'. I took a screenshot of this on my phone as evidence. I then received another email to say that the barcode for the tickets would not be revealed until two hours before the show started. I took a photo as evidence of this also. It was a very stressful journey to London, not knowing if we were going to be able to get into the show (it felt like a scam!). The barcode for the tickets was not revealed even AFTER the show. I took with me the reference numbers and information I had then had an embarrassing 15 minutes at the theatre itself, whilst we waited to see if the theatre would let us in, which luckily they did. My friend and I loved the show, but this whole experience has shown me that I should go directly to the theatre showing the play that I want to see, as the customer care at Ticketline is dreadful. It is their name on my credit card but they accept NO responsibility. It is now 18th of February and I still haven't had my refund for HitchHikers Guide - but have been sent 'copies' of emails that were sent to me apparently showing the barcode for Witness... - contrary to my own evidence.
Absolute sham! Very disappointing. I would not recommend.

2 wrong tickets

I had purchased 2 tickets incorrectly having brought Adult tickets which should have been child tickets. Within 10 minutes of contacting customer services the tickets were swapped and the partial refund applied. Could not be more helpful

Excellent customer service

I contacted the customer service team regarding a ticket I had purchased but hadn't received confirmation of. I got an immediate reply and my tickets re-sent to me. The speed of the reply and resolution was very impressive, and I would like to offer special thanks to Chloe for looking into my query so quickly for me
