I downloaded the App onto my phone
I downloaded the App onto my phone. It acknowledged that I had bought a ticket but the ticket would not download onto my phone. The email printout (not screen shot) gave me a barcode and seat number which would not scan at the stadium entrance. I had evidence that I had paid for a ticket and so I was let in. Not a good service.

What a fantastic show. Funny, energetic, authentic.
His voice is remarkable. He is the epitome of a showman! A very intimate theatre. Left the venue tapping my toes and singing show tunes all the way back to the mountains.

The main actor was awesome. A lot of the others in the cast were amateur dramatic standard at best. Felt more like a high school musical for the main but an enjoyable evening.

I feel discriminated against
You need to make it easier to book disability tickets, this is ridiculous. I should be able to just pick the disability spots on the website and book online just like anyone else. Not every person in a wheelchair has a single "attendant" Many just want to come with a bunch of family and friends and sit together like normal people.
It took me 5 emails and 1.5 hrs on the phone and no one seemed to be able to understand I wanted to watch the event with a bunch of friends not a single "attendant" I don't need an attendant I just need a spot to park my chair.

The ticketing system needs improvement
The ticketing system needs improvement. Despite putting the electronic ticket in my phone wallet, It would not scan and I had to go to the ticket office for paper tickets. Apparently, this is a fairly common problem. Having the option to download tickets on a computer would be helpful!
Communication was incredible slow
Communication was incredible slow, taking over three weeks to finally come back to us regarding our request.
I tried to communicate during this time requesting an update, purely so I knew our enquiry was being seen too, but no responses were forthcoming.
When we finally did hear back, the outcome was positive which we appreciated, and the email mentioned a $30 fee for the changed tickets. When I called to finalise the transaction, I was then told it was actually $40 even though I had in writing it was only $30.
I couldn't really rate the customer service, other than the staff doing the bare minimum to get through the enquiries. I just hope I never have to deal with Fan Support again. I didn't want to assign my rating to only the last representative I dealt with, as they did resolve the problem, albeit with an increased charge, but the email correspondence in general was very underwhelming with assistance.
