Was an amazing show, captivating from start to finish

Absolutely the best show we have been to at Anita Theatre. The Valley's are excellent & very entertaining. Right from the beginning they were into it & my wife & I had a smile on our faces until the end. Will be seeing them again sometime but will take our daughter's with us this time.

TICKETING SYSTEM SPOILT A GREAT NIGHT. NOT ALL PEOPLE CARRY OR CAN WORK A MOBILE PHONE. HOW EASY IS TO PRINT AND CARRY A TICKET???

Dislike:- My phone refused to upload my ticket. Tried numerous ways all failed. Went to the local Telstra branch to see whether they could help. They did their best but couldn't help. Your WEB site I found difficult to use and navigate. You seem to go to great lengths Not to give real help i.e. human intervention. Finally was told to go to the venue booking office before the event. They were must helpful, issued me with a paper ticket to get in.
Never had any issues attending the Recital Centre or the Arts Centre (Hamer Hall)
Like:- the concert was very good.

I took my son to see 'The Lion King ' 30 years ago, it was in Capitol Theatre. I took my son 's family to see the show last night. It was most enjoyable, a lot of improvements, artistic lighting and wonderful choreography. The desgned animals were so real and amazing. We had a good time !

Enjoyed the receiving the free gifts!

It would’ve been useful for the show communication in the lead up to the show to breakdown times specifically as to when doors open & show starts & if there is a support act as I missed the first 10 mins of the show due to assuming there was support.

Has absolutely no customer service line or chat anymore. Took them about 8 weeks to respond to my enquiries. Was too late to actually assist and now the multibillion dollar corporation won’t refund $86 because it’s in their T&Cs, despite the fact that in was only caused by their appallingly slow and unhelpful customer service.

Alexander was a great help in exchanging our tickets and has fantastic customer service skills!

The positive reviews are disproportionately about the events that people experienced and NOT ticketmaster. Ticketmaster makes it actively difficult to seek any support from them while claiming some involvement in events performed by others.

I made the mistake of confirming tickets for the wrong date when buying family and partners tickets.
The AI chat is useless and does nothing. I waited a month without any response after initially being quoted 2 business days when the ticket exchange and fee should have been accessible directly on the website.

I was ignored and unable to meaningfully get in contact with anyone because this company does not care about consumers.

I received my tickets easily.. Ticketmaster made sure I was aware of the date by giving me an update. Right upto the day

Have purchasde tickets through ticket master not recieved and notification or feed back

I mistakenly purchased a wheelchair accessible ticket and I wanted to exchange it to a standard one and Ticketmaster understood my situation during the conversations through email. Once I got the get go to call their customer service, it took only few minutes to process my request. Thank you so much!

Absolute ripoff. Will never deal with Ticketmaster again ever!

The show was wonderful. Our seats were great. 5 kids and 4 adults all loved the show.

Easy to book the tickets and access them to get into the show (even months in advance).
